Definition of laborer

A person who uses all his efforts for the prosperity of his homeland and the sustenance of his children and performs his work with mental and physical hard work is called a laborer.
ایک انسان جو اپنے وطن کی خوشحالی اور اپنے بچوں کے رزق کے لیئے اپنی تمام تر کاوشوںکو بروئے کار لائے اور اپنے کام کو ذہنی و جسمانی محنت و مشقت سے سر انجام دے مزدو ر کہلاتا ہے
Guidance on laborers in Islam
The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) commanded that the laborer should pay his wages before his sweat dried. That is, his right to be paid on time according to the service agreement. This is a well-known hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Everyone, whether he is a laborer or an owner, remembers the rights of the workers. That is what Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): That on the Day of Resurrection I will be a plaintiff for three people, one of whom will be a laborer who has completed his work but has not been paid.
رسول اکرم صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے حکم فرمایا کہ مزدور کو اس کی مزدوری اس کے پسینے کے خشک ہو نے سے پہلے ہی ادا کردیا کرو ۔ یعنی اس کا حق خدمت معاہدے کے مطابق وقت پر اد ا کردیا جائے یہ رسول اللہ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی معروف حدیث مبارکہ ہے ۔ جو ہر شخص چاہے وہ مزدور ہو یا مالک سب کو یاد ہے مزدوروں کے حقوق کے حوالے سے اس حدیث مبارکہ کے علاوہ ایک حدیث قدسی بھی بڑی معروف ہے ۔ کہ اللہ تعالی یہ ارشاد فرماتا ہے ۔ کہ میں قیامت کے دن تین لوگوں کے لیئے خود مدعی بنوں گا ان میں ایک وہ مزدور ہوگا جس نے اپنا کام تو پورا کر لیا لیکن اسے اجرت نہیں دی گئی

Economic prosperity of any country is possible only when its workers are satisfied and prosperous. Workers are the architect and the backbone of the nation. A society that exploits workers and does not pay the right price on time is doomed. Workers are also human beings. Workers should be valued. Workers are also our brothers, we should take care of their happiness. Workers play a very important role in the development of the country. For example, workers work in factories. Workers work in building buildings. Workers work in industry. Every aspect of life involves the sacrifice of workers. They are very important assets of the country
کسی بھی ملک کی معاشی بہتری تب ہی ممکن ہے جب وہاں کے مزدور مطمئن اور خوشحال ہوںں ۔ مزدور قوم و ملت کے لیئے معمار و ریڑھ کی ہڈی کی حیثیت رکھتے ہیں ۔ ایسا معاشرہ ختم ہوجاتا ہے جو مزدور وں کا استحصال کرے اور محنت کی صحیح قیمت وقت پر ادا نہ کرے ۔ مزدور بھی انسان ہوتے ہیں مزردوں کی قدر کرنی چاہیے ۔ مزدور بھی ہمارے بھائی ہوتے ہیں ہمیں ان کی خوشی کا خیال رکھنا چاہیے ۔ مزدور ملک کی ترقی میں بہت اہم کردار ادا کرتے ہیں مثلاً فیکڑوں میں مزدوروں کی محنت ہوتی ہے عمارتوں کو بناتے وقت مزدوروں کی محنت ہوتی ہے انڈسٹری میں مزدوروں کی محنت ہوتی ہے ہر شعبہ زندگی میں مزدوروں کی قربانی شامل ہوتی ہے جس کی وجہ سے یہ ملک کا بہت اہم سرمایہ ہوتے ہیں

Ehsas program announced by the Pakistani government

The Government of Pakistan launched the Ahasas Program for those living below the poverty line, including the working class and the working class. Under which he provided cash to the poor which helped a poor man and a laborer. In a situation where the entire country is locked down and all businesses are closed due to the coronavirus, the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan announced the Ehsas program to ensure employment only for the workers. In which each laborer will give Rs. 12000 to the family. This was a very good initiative for the laborers
حکومت پاکستان نے مزدوروں اور دیہاڑی دار طبقے سمیت وہ لوگ جو غربت کی لکیر سے بھی نیچے زندگی گزار رہے ہیں ان کے لیئے احساس پروگرام شروع کیا ۔ جس کے تحت ان غریبوں کو نقد رقم فراہم کی جس سے ایک غریب اور مزدور کو مدد ملی ۔ کرونا وائر س کی وجہ سے جہاں پورا ملک لاک ڈائون ہے اور تمام کاروبار بند ہیں ایسے میں صرف مزدوروں کے لیئے روزگار کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے وزیراعظم پاکستان عمران خان نے احساس پروگرام کا علان کیا ۔ جس میں ہر مزدور گھرانے کو 12000 روپے دیے گے یہ بہت اچھا اقدام تھا مزدوروں کیلے
