DESIRE
Desire is is that which is wished for, either material things or whatsoever. Everyone or group of persons have what he, she, they desires, either individually or collectively. Desire is not want or need, but could be as a measure of both. Ones' need and want could be his desire but vise versa is not the case. Desire could be shaped by interest and love, or lost, as the case may be.
Outside the magical world, ones desire doesn't always come without striving, I mean, consistent and commitment to getting that which is desired. Somehow we feel motivational speakers do overemphasized certain phenomenon, but I believe relative act towards "Desire" won't count, as desires are only meant to be reached via striving, in any way and grace in whichever way.
Stretching the dichotomy among want, need and desire, the desire is beyond material possessions, therefore, not always gotten or affordable with money, but want and need are more of material possessions. Want and need can by economically measured and statistically drafted on chart, while desire can only be psychologically measured and capably drafter on emotion and ability.
Confidentially speaking, my deepest and weirdest desire is to be the governor of the state where I grew up. This is something I know to be very impossible but I just can't but desire it. I am not an native of the state but I have spent over twenty years and still counting in the state. This is my deepest desire.
