My thought for the day hovers around how to make our earth a better abode. Now this lead to the discovery of this topic "Human resources development as the best investment"
Having gone through the government statistics over the recent years, most of the countries still suffer a lag in this area. To me, the one and only secret to make the world a better place is to venture more resources in human resources. This is because when everyone is busy, the whole nation is busy and when a better percentage is successful,then the nation is successful.
If you check the major headlines in the prominent news network, you will discover that the major world leaders (world power) focus more on threat of wars. Thereby dwelling more on the things that matters less leaving the major secret of a successful nation;human resources development.
Human resources development entails creating a better environment and encouragement if the people to learn a single skill or profession. And it does not just end there, it equally includes establishing opportunities where the people can fix themselves after they are done with learning.
Justified by some proverbs; we rise by lifting others, successful people does not reach their goals alone etc. Having that in mind, if our leaders, potential leaders as well as everybody accepts this idea and works towards it, then we will not only make the Earth a better place but a pardise.
Therefore, you that read this post, have a break and think over it. Accept and spread the idea. Be the change you want. I believe through #steemit and this way, we can get across to a larger population.
