I remember exactly two or three years ago I gave a gentleman a piece of advice that if you need moderate food then you will be healthy.In fact, one of the reasons behind the suggestion was to tell you the truth about what I will try today to share with you. I hope my readers will like it.
That's when I got a job in the office and went to work all the time.At that time I was not very healthy myself but I was mentally healthy and I think if I am physically and mentally healthy I will be fine in all respects.I always had to make various comments but I didn't pay attention to them at all and one time a gentleman saw my condition and said a lot and I went to him at a time and said something.
Even though I didn't tell him the words, he seemed to be the most trusted person in my office for a while and so I told him the words.I told him that I had no problem with who was telling me, but I knew what I was going to do.I told him everything I said and I told him that if I was underweight physically it would not be a problem for me but I am much healthier mentally and physically.I told him that I had to be overweight so I was not healthy at all. I ate lots of vitamins and fruits to stay healthy and I was very happy that I was so light and healthy.
Anyway friends, what I want to say is that if you want to be healthy, you have to eat a lot, you have to gain a lot of weight. This is a very wrong thing in my opinion, if you want to be healthy, you need to eat a moderate amount of vitamins and you need to be physically and mentally healthy, then you are a healthy person at the end of the day.
