Como les hemos contado, mi hermana es repostera, muy talentosa les digo jajaja y luego de la compra de nuestro horno por primera vez en 20 años, íbamos a hornear una torta de cumpleaños en nuestro hogar, todos estábamos emocionados, así que con tiempo comenzamos a organizar nuestras tareas y quehaceres, el domingo por la mañana salimos al supermercado para comprar los ingredientes de la torta, seria una torta clásica de vainilla con merengue italiano porque mi hermana además de hacer su torta tambien tenia que estudiar para un examen de la universidad, así que tenia que medir bien su tiempo.

Luego de hacer la compra regresamos a casa, tuvimos las suerte de que nuestro Tio nos pudiera arreglar la batidora de mano que teníamos dañada, y gracias a Dios nuestro vecino nos hizo el favor de instalar el horno justo a tiempo, fue muy amable de su parte, nos permitió ahorrar el monto que nos estaban cobrando en las tiendas Daka, y fué super rápido, almorzamos, descansamos y nos pusimos manos a la repostería jajaja Mi hermana fue preparando todo paso a paso siguiendo sus recetas (DATO: Pueden conseguir varias de ellas en nuestro perfil, desde mini cakes hasta pie de limón y roles de canela), mi mamá le ayudaba con todo y mientras tanto, yo me dedicaba a ordenar la casa e ir lavando los utensilios que fuese utilizando, en poco tiempo ya teníamos todo listo para meter la mezcla al horno y así estrenarlo.

Como terminamos de hornear algo tarde y mi hermana aun necesitaba continuar con sus estudios, tomó la decisión de decorar su torta el lunes por la mañana, así que mantuvo el bizcocho en la nevera hasta el día siguiente, lo cual no es malo, su sabor se mantiene muy bien. Esa noche dormimos como troncos, super cansadas por todo el trayecto de la semana y el día en si. Ya por la mañana me desperté temprano, ya nuestros padres estaban en la cocina, así que aproveché y me puse a hacerle el desayuno a mi hermana, quería hacerle unas panquecas en forma de osito pero a pulso no me salieron y terminé haciendolas redondas como siempre con jamón y mantequilla jajaja

Se hicieron las 4:00pm y nuestros padres llegaron a casa del trabajo, notamos que el clima comenzó a cambiar, rapidamente oscureció y comenzó una lluvia torrencial, lo cual nos preocupaba porque la evaluación de mi hermana era a las 5:30pm lejos lejos de casa, y las calles han estado intransitables por el agua, esperamos un momento y salimos cuando se hizo la hora, como era de esperarse, habian varias calles por las que era dificil pasar, la lluvia es una bendición pero muchos carros y casas han sufrido daños gracias al exceso de la misma :(

Quizas han leído en las noticias lo que ocurrió en Las Tejerias, un completo desastre que tiene a toda la población Venezolana algo triste, se han sumado muchos esfuerzos para colaborar desde todos los estados, he visto como emprendedores de nuestro estado se han unido para recolectar comida no perecedera, ropa, sabanas y cualquier articulo que sea de utilidad para enviar a la zona, en la unión está la fuerza y eso es cierto, Dios mediante pronto esto pasará y las personas de Tejerias podrán salir de esto.

Dejamos a mi hermana y aprovechamos para encargar unas pizzas para cenar, seria una sorpresa, pudimos comprar un combo de 1 Pizza de peperoni, 1 Pizza de tocineta y jamón + 1 refresco de 1L por 16$, por ser un día especial, mi mamá pidió una extra de tocineta y jamón por 8.5$ más, para un total de 24.5$, nos pareció una buena idea ya que muchos lugares conocidos venden sus pizzas en 20$ cada una, y nosotros estabamos pagando 24.5$ por 3, del mismo tamaño de las pizzas grandes normales. Al llegar de la universidad mi hermana se emocionó mucho por las 3 pizzas, estaban recién sacadas del horno, y se veian muy sabrosas, nos sentamos a cenar y dar las gracias por la bendición de poder celebrar un año más de vida para mi hermana.

Luego nuestros vecinos nos acompañaron a cantarle cumpleaños, nuestro vecino llevó su guitarra y al cantar el cumpleaños acompañó con su talentosa voz y acordes, seguidamente y como es de costumbre para seguir la celebración jajaja, comenzó a cantar varias canciones de Alejandro Fernandez ya que mi hermana es gran fan de él, y así fue como pasamos la noche, entre conversaciones y canciones, hasta las 12:00am jajajajaja

Fué un maravilloso y bendecido cumpleaños, que gracias a Dios todos disfrutamos mucho, al día siguiente disfruté de un desayuno de campeonas, unos trozos de pizza de la noche anterior y una taza de café con leche, la semana ahora está terminando y agradezco infinitamente todas las bendiciones que Octubre está poniendo en nuestras vidas, espero que a ustedes también les esté yendo super bien, éxito siempre amigos!!
