It's been a long time since I joined the Hive network, and after a month of being in the network I was told about the publications and the diversity of content that could be shared through this medium. It took me time to encourage me to publish and define what line I wanted to take within the community, although there were some details to improve when writing my first post, thanks to @jcrodriguez and through him to @lovesniper for providing me with the necessary information to improve the writing and presentation of future publications; of the rules of the community, and especially the fact of introducing myself to the Hive community.

Paso mucho tiempo desde que entre a la red de Hive, y al mes de estar en la red me hablaron de las publicaciones y de la diversidad de contenido que se podía compartir mediante este medio. Me tomo tiempo para animarme a publicar y definir qué línea quería tomar dentro de la comunidad, aunque había algunos detalles que mejorar al redactar mi primer post, gracias a @jcrodriguez y mediante el a @lovesniper por facilitarme información necesaria para ir mejorando en la redacción y presentación de futuras publicaciones; de las normas de la comunidad, y sobre todo el hecho de presentarme ante la comunidad de Hive.

My name is Bruno Rodriguez, originally from Lima - Peru, as a result of my father's work, who was a Navy sub-officer, I spent my childhood in Marcona, a coastal city in the province of Ica, south of Lima. Then I returned to the capital, I graduated from the University "Alas Peruanas" of the Faculty of Business Sciences with the title of Bachelor in Accounting and Financial Sciences, years later when I was in Bolivia, I studied at the Bolivian Catholic University "San Pablo" in the career of Social Communication of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, Since the second year of study my research work both group and individual were selected to be exposed in Inter-University Research Congresses that are developed annually being selected each time as a speaker, as a result I had the opportunity to publish twice in the journal specializing in research at the university.

Mi nombre es Bruno Rodríguez, originario de Lima - Perú, a raíz del trabajo de mi padre, que era suboficial de marina, mi infancia la pase en Marcona una ciudad costera en la provincia de Ica al sur de Lima. Luego retorne a la capital, me gradué en la Universidad “Alas Peruanas” de la Facultad de Ciencias empresariales con el titulo de Bachiller en Ciencias Contables y Financieras, años mas adelante cuando estuve en Bolivia, estudie en la Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo” en la carrera de Comunicación Social de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanas, desde el segundo año de estudio mis trabajos de investigación tanto grupales e individuales fueron seleccionados para ser expuestos en Congresos de Investigación Inter Universitarios que se desarrollan de forma anual siendo en cada ocasión seleccionado como ponente, como resultado tuve la oportunidad de publicar en dos ocasiones en la revista especializada en investigación de la universidad.
I spent many years as a volunteer in the area of education in a Catholic religious community, with which I traveled to several provinces of my country and other Latin American countries, then I worked in a Non Governmental Organization in the area of development of printed and multimedia material, in parallel, I developed activities in the area of administration and accounting in the different institutions where I participated. At the moment I live in Lima - Peru giving accounting and financial advice.
Pase muchos años como voluntario en el área de educación en una comunidad religiosa católica, con la cual viaje a varias provincias de mi país y a otros países de Latinoamérica, luego trabaje en una Organización No Gubernamental en el área de desarrollo material impreso y multimedia, en paralelo, desarrolle actividades en el área de administración y contabilidad en las diferentes instituciones donde participe. Actualmente radico en Lima - Perú dando asesoría contable y financiera.
Having the opportunity to have been in so many places and interacted with different ways of perceiving reality has given me a broader vision of being able to perceive what surrounds me, also, on the professional side it has enriched me a lot, which has led me to recognize the importance of sharing knowledge and experiences to create links of exchange that will make this knowledge to be constantly fed back and enriched.
Tener la oportunidad de haber tantos lugares e interactuados con formas distintas de percibir la realidad me ha dado una visión mas amplia de poder percibir lo que me rodea, asimismo, en la parte profesional me ha enriquecido mucho, lo que me ha llevado a reconocer la importancia de que al compartir los conocimientos y experiencias se crean vínculos de intercambio que harán que este conocimiento sea retroalimentado y enriquecido constantemente.

I began to participate in the crypto world in projects of the BSC and Etherium, but unfortunately I had bad experiences, until a colleague of the group of scholarship holders informed me of several projects that were very interesting and already had time, among them he told me about one of card collection, which aroused my interest due to my love for collecting, but, to perform activities that had me constantly traveling made me limit my acquisition of objects. He told me that he was in a network called Hive, he explained me how to create the account, wallet and gave me his referral link to join the Rising Star project at the end of March 2022, at first it cost me a little because I had not practiced English to communicate, but happily the community was very nice, making me feel very comfortable at the beginning, and when I realized that there was also a very active Hispanic community I was learning more in depth and discovering that the Hive network was wider.
Throughout the months, I could realize that my accounting and management knowledge was applicable to a great extent, which helped me to progress and develop strategies and templates for good resource management. But at the same time I realized the presence of people who take advantage of some carelessness to take everything you have worked hard to get. Experiences that help to recognize guidelines that we can take into account to avoid falling or being deceived.
Based on the progress in Rising Star, I began to venture into other network projects such as Splinterlands and Hashking. Being that in this process several questions were generated that when being answered I was accumulating knowledge, which helped to create new management proposals or improving those that had already been applied. It is said that there are many ways to get to Rome, the same for projects, so through shared knowledge it is possible to adapt which is the best way from the reality of each person.

Comencé a participar del mundo crypto en proyectos de la BSC y Etherium, pero lamentablemente tuve malas experiencias, hasta que un compañero del grupo de becados me informo de varios proyectos que eran muy interesante y ya tenían tiempo, de entre ellos me hablo de uno de colección de cartas, lo cual despertó mi interés debido a mi afición por coleccionar, pero, al realizar actividades que me tenían constantemente viajando hacían que limitara mi adquisición de objetos. Me comento que estaba en una red que se llama Hive, me explico cómo crear la cuenta, wallet y me dio su link de referido para ingresar al proyecto Rising Star a finales de marzo del 2022, al principio me costo un poco porque hace tiempo que no practicaba el inglés para poder comunicarme, pero felizmente la comunidad fue muy agradable, haciendo que me sintiera muy cómodo al inicio, ya cuando me di cuenta que también había una comunidad hispana muy activa fui aprendiendo mas a fondo y descubriendo que la red de Hive era más amplia.
A través de los meses, pude darme cuenta que mis conocimientos contables y de gestión eran aplicables en gran medida, cosa que me ayudo a progresar y desarrollar estrategias y plantillas para hacer una buena gestión de recursos. Pero a la vez darme cuenta de la presencia de personas que aprovechan algún descuido para llevarse todo aquello que te ha costado esfuerzo conseguir. Experiencias que ayudar a reconocer pautas que podemos tener en cuenta para evitar caer o ser engañados.
En base al avance en Rising Star, comencé a incursionar en otros proyectos de la red como son Splinterlands y Hashking. Siendo que en este proceso se generaron varias interrogantes que al ser respondidas iba acumulando conocimientos, que ayudaron a crear nuevas propuestas de gestión o mejorando los que ya se habían aplicado. Se dice que hay muchos caminos para llegar a Roma, lo mismo para los proyectos, así que mediante el conocimiento compartido se puede adecuar cual es el mejor camino desde la realidad que cada persona.

Hace tres meses a raíz de algunas conversaciones con miembros de la comunidad hispana me plantee el encontrar la mejor forma de compartir el conocimiento acumulado para que pueda servir a la comunidad como una alternativa flexible de la cual pueda aplicarla a su propio proceso en temas de gestión, estrategias, prevención de forma dinámica y de fácil comprensión.

I hope to count on the support of the community to improve in the creation of content, so information and suggestions that enrich them are more than welcome. Addressing issues of economics, management, strategies and prevention can cause controversies or incompatibilities, so the idea is not to impose a thought or idea, but to be able to dialogue and through this complete the knowledge on both sides.
In my journey I learned that the word community implies the support and search for growth from the capacity of each person to interact empathetically with others, this is how I come to the community to make available my experience and knowledge in a total openness to learning.
