Yesterday while I could not sleep, I recalled a friend mentioned about FOSS drawing software called " Krita" where he said, I could draw things digitally. It really has been a while since I ever touch anything within the art realm. I was not sure what I could do with Krita so at 3 a.m, I was just messing around with colors and try to familiarize myself with the software. So far, I really like the software because it has plenty brushes options that let's me get really creative playing with shapes and colors.
Today, I decided to give the software a try once again. My goal today is learning about brushes. I played around with several brushes until I decided to draw something. Below is the result of my learning which was inspired from numerous moon arts I seen throughout my life. I went with moon as my object because it is much easier to paint. Previously, I tried mountain, leaves but I didn't quite get the feel.
So, in less than 24 hours this is what I learned with Krita and the result of my learning.
Below is the process on how I created the art above. I am hoping that I can find my specialization with art. But I can see now, that I enjoy drawing nature more than anything else.
I will continue learning, perfecting my craft, hoping that I might be able to draw well. So, I am kind of excited to explore it. Perhaps, If I am getting really good at it, I could start my own drawing channel or something. Definitely using a better device too.
Alright, that's it from me. I hereby stated that painting above is made my me.
