This is my entry to the Challenge! - Steem: the badger of communities

Lately our chain of #steem blocks has been attacked by people who only seek to control us and take over our community in an authoritarian way
We have shown that together we can make a difference and defend our community from any predator no matter how strong it seems
Power and strength do not give you leadership, but supporting and helping others grow of course they do, that is the work that day by day our Witnesses have been doing during these years of bear market in our block chain
All together we are a great shoal, if all together we push in the same direction we can against any enemy no matter how gigantic or powerful it may seem
For this challenge I want to bring as an example the film Finding Nemo and I will make an analogy of what happened with Steem and what happened in that scene of that fantastic film
Finding Nemo - Finding Doris
Do you remember that scene when a fishing boat throws an industrial fishing net to catch a whole school of tuna?
In that scene the fish were disoriented, confused and afraid, they were all afraid and each one of them swam in different directions while the fishing net pushed them to the surface, if we bring this scene to reality and make an analogy with what happened with Steemit we can analyze what happened with our chain of blocks.
In this case the fishing boat is Justin Sum and the fishing net are the 30 witnesses hitchhiked unilaterally by him, the confused, frightened and disoriented fish are ourselves who did not understand what was happening on our platform and we all speculated without having any knowledge of what was happening.
Now, do you remember that in the scene Doris was trapped, and Nemo carried out a plan which all of them had to do together in order to succeed. Well, Nemo was the Witnesses guiding and motivating us to defend our chain of blocks, Doris is the community caught in that net, that is, in the hands of Justin Sun.
What this reflects is that when you put a plan in place collectively, the results are favorable.
Doris, Nemo and Marlin were the witnesses that were trying to guide and plan an escape route from this problem, they motivated the shoal to push down and thus make the pulley of that fishing net explode, all together they began to push in the same direction and as a whole, as a multitude that they were at that moment they managed to free themselves from that net that was trapping them and would limit their freedom to later kill them and use them as cheap merchandise in the markets of the world.
That shoal of fish, is us, we have demonstrated that all together whales, dolphins, little fish and plactons can lead our chain of blocks, we demonstrated that no matter how much power a single person may have, the community will always prevail over any imposition, as long as we remain united.
I am absolutely sure that this has been the greatest demonstration of unity that a virtual community has ever given within any chain of blocks.
All together as a big team they manage to get free of the fishing net
We have emulated that
Let's continue like this, together, united, supporting each other, my growth is the growth of all of us, we are an ecosystem, we are a great reef, we are a great ocean full of opportunities

Hemos demostrado que todos juntos podemos marcar la diferencia y defender nuestra comunidad de cualquier depredador por más fuerte que este parezca
El poder y la fuerza no te da liderazgo, pero apoyar y ayudar a crecer a los demás por supuesto que sí, esa es la labor que día a día nuestra Testigos han estado haciendo durante estos años de mercado bajista en nuestra cadena de bloques
Todos juntos somos un gran cardumen, si todos juntos empujamos en una misma dirección podemos contra cualquier enemigo por más gigantesco o poderoso este parezca.
Para este reto quiero traer como ejemplo la película Buscando a nemo y realizaré una analogía de lo que pasó con Steem y lo que sucedió en aquella escena de esa fantástica película
Buscando a Nemo - Buscando a Doris
¿Recuerdas aquella escena cuando un barco pesquero lanza un red de pesca industrial para capturar todo un cardumen de atunes?.
En esa escena los peces estaban desorientados, confundidos y con miedo, todos tenían miedo y cada uno de ellos nadaban hacia direcciones diferentes mientras que la red de pesca los empujaba hacia la superficie, si llevamos esta escena a la realidad y realizamos una analogía con lo que ocurrió con Steemit podemos analizar que eso pasó con nuestra cadena de bloques.
En este caso el barco pesquero es Justin Sum y la red de pesca son los 20 testigos puestos a dedo unilateralmente por el, los peces confundidos, atemorizados y desorientados somos nosotros mismo que no entendíamos lo que estaba ocurriendo en nuestra plataforma y todos realizábamos especulaciones sin tener conocimiento alguno de lo que estaba aconteciendo.
Ahora, ¿recuerdas que en la escena quedó atrapada Doris?, y Nemo lleva a cabo un plan el cual debían todos en conjunto realizar para lograr tener éxito? . . . Bueno, nemo eran los Testigos guiándonos y motivándonos a defender nuestra cadena de bloques, Doris es la comunidad atrapada en aquella red, osea en las manos de Justin Sun.
Lo que refleja esto,es que cuando se pone en marcha un plan colectivamente, los resultados son favorables
Doris, Nemo y Marlin eran los testigos que estaban tratando de guiar y planificar una ruta de escape a este problema, ellos motivaron al cardumen a empujar hacia abajo y así lograr que la polea de aquella red pesquera reventara, todos juntos comenzaron a empujar hacia una misma dirección y como conjunto, como multitud que eran en aquel momento lograron liberarse de aquella red que los apresaba y le limitaría su libertad para luego matarlos y usarlos como mercancía barata en los mercados del mundo.
Ese cardumen de peces eramos nosotros, somos nosotros, hemos demostrado que todos juntos ballenas, delfines, pecesitos y plactons podemos liderar nuestra cadena de bloques, demostramos que por más poder que pueda tener una sola persona, la comunidad siempre prevalecerá por encima de cualquier imposición, siempre y cuando nos mantengamos unidos.
Estoy plenamente seguro que esta ha sido la mayor demostración de unidad, que una comunidad virtual haya dado dentro de alguna cadena de bloques

Nosotros hemos emulado eso
Sigamos así, juntos, unidos, apoyándonos mutuamente, el crecimiento mío es el crecimiento de todos, somos un ecosistema, somos un gran arrecife, somos un gran océano lleno de oportunidades
