Dear Hive Community, Today I am extremely happy with the goals I have achieved since joining Hive.Blog.
Even though I'm still a goldfish, the beauty of this ecosystem is that nothing is stopping me from becoming a Whale. And we're working hard to achieve the Minnow Badge by the end of the year! It just depends on how hard you work!
When together with my team we prepared a due diligence of the Hive project, to see if it was interesting to write, and what growth we would have, such a vastness and complexity we absolutely did not perceive it!
A solid and well-structured project that invites each person to do better and better and with more desire to do!
But let's come to this article.
I plan to post on the last day of each month so that we can keep track of all the progress and goals we set for ourselves with the PUD.
Carissima community di Hive, oggi sono estremamente contento degli obiettivi raggiunti da quando mi sono unito a Hive.Blog.
Anche se sono ancora un pesciolino rosso, il bello di questo ecosistema è che nulla mi impedisce di diventare una Balena. E ci stiamo impegnando duramente per raggiungere il Badge di Minnow entro la fine dell’anno! Dipende solo dall’impegno profuso!
Quando assieme al mio team abbiamo approntato una due diligence del progetto Hive, per vedere se era interessante scrivere, e che crescita avremmo avuto, una tale vastità e complessità non l’avevamo assolutamente percepita!
Un progetto solido e ben strutturato che invoglia ogni persona a fare sempre meglio e con più voglia di fare!
Ma veniamo a questo articolo.
Ho intenzione di pubblicare l’ultimo giorno di ogni mese in modo da tenere monitorato tutti i progressi e gli obiettivi che ci prefiggiamo con il PUD.

In the image above you can see what are the Badges we have conquered!
But the most important and interesting part is about the two badges in the lower left corner.
- Weekly Author: since 17 weeks we keep on confirming it, and also tonight I will publish an article!
- Monthly Author: we have earned 2, not consecutive because in February '22, there was a problem in a publication. Obviously this month I'll get it!
Let's move on to the achievement of a badge that is very important to us:
The PUD (Power Up Day) with the team we worked assiduously to conquer it and we succeeded.
To be able to enter the ranking we had to meet the following parameters:
- Hive Power greater than 100 HP;
- Increase of at least 10 HP;
- Have a reputation less than 80 (to be verified)
Verified everything and on the 1st of April we conquered it!
This is becoming a method, in fact it's already all set to replicate the 1st of May!
In direct relation to PUD, there is the PUM (Power Up Month).
As you can see, the features to be able to participate in PUM are all there: - 100% power up on all articles;
- Publish an article every day.
The technical requirements that depend on us are all there, unfortunately one fundamental one is missing: all articles must produce an income, otherwise you are out of the ranking.

Ma la parte più importante e interessante riguarda i due badge in basso a sinistra.
- Weekly Author: da 17 settimane continuiamo a confermarlo, e anche questa sera pubblicherò un articolo!
- Monthly Author: Ne abbiamo conseguiti 2, non consecutivi perché nel mese di Febbraio ’22, c’è stato un problema in una pubblicazione. Ovviamente questo mese lo conseguirò!
Passiamo ora alla conquista di un badge per noi molto importante:
Il PUD (Power Up Day) con il team abbiamo lavorato assiduamente per conquistarlo e ci siamo riusciti.
Per potere entrare in graduatoria abbiamo dovuto rispettare i seguenti parametri:
- Hive Power maggiore di 100 HP;
- Incrementare di almeno 10 HP;
- Avere una reputazione minore di 80 (da verificare)
Verificato tutto e il 1° di Aprile lo abbiamo conquistato!
Questo sta diventando un metodo, infatti è già tutto pronto per replicare il 1° di Maggio!
In diretta relazione a PUD, c’è il PUM (Power Up Month).
Come si può notare, le caratteristiche per poter partecipare al PUM ci sono tutte: - Power up al 100% in tutti gli articoli;
- Pubblicare un articolo tutti i giorni.
I requisiti tecnici che dipendono da noi li abbiamo tutti, purtroppo ne manca uno fondamentale: tutti gli articoli devono produrre un reddito, altrimenti si è fuori dalla graduatoria.

No harm done, we'll make up for it next month!
But the goals achieved in this period are not finished!
In fact, in addition to the community we have established (The Rabbit Hole) and I told you about it here, we decided to be active within the Hive blockchain through votes for witnesses.
Currently we have voted the following Witnesses: @blocktrades, @good-karma, @arcange, @ocd-witness, @pharesim, @curie, @leofinance, @steemitboard, @discover-it, @enginewitty, @ura-soul, @yehey.
Last goal achieved, were the delegations; currently there are only 4 and they are: @ecency, @ocdb, @appreciator and @blockctrades.
In this month, in total, we have delegated 50HP (out of about 250HP available), but next month, May, we plan to delegate 100HP. So that we can grow our support for decentralization. We would be glad to hear your opinion about which other deserving profiles could be delegated HPs. Obviously at the moment they are still few, but in constant and, we hope, exponential growth!
Our dream is to become a Witness of Hive. Let's see if one day we will succeed.
All these goals achieved in such a short time, have given us a charge and an energy not indifferent!
Ah, one last thing: in the ranking we are at 17K, about 15 days after we started this wonderful journey on Hive, we were at 100K. An impressive escalation that gives us even more drive to reach our goals!
Come si vede bene in questa schermata, il contatore si è fermato a 21/30, ciò significa che 9 articoli, purtroppo non hanno riscosso il giusto interesse da parte della community.
Poco male, ci rifaremo con il prossimo mese!
Ma i traguardi conseguiti in questo periodo non sono finiti!
Infatti, oltre alla community che abbiamo costituito (The Rabbit Hole) e ve ne ho parlato qui, abbiamo deciso di essere attivi all’interno della blockchain di Hive attraverso i voti per i witness.
Al momento abbiamo votato i seguenti Witness: @blocktrades, @good-karma, @arcange, @ocd-witness, @pharesim, @curie, @leofinance, @steemitboard, @discover-it, @enginewitty, @ura-soul, @yehey.
Ultimo obbiettivo raggiunto, sono state le delegation; al momento sono solo 4 e sono: @ecency, @ocdb, @appreciator e @blockctrades.
In questo mese, in totale, abbiamo delegato 50HP (su circa 250HP disponibili), ma il prossimo mese, maggio, contiamo di delegarne 100HP. Così da far crescere il nostro supporto alla decentralizzazione. Saremmo lieti di sentire un vostro parere in merito a quali possano essere altri profili meritevoli a cui delegare degli HP. Ovviamente al momento sono ancora pochi, ma in crescita costante e, speriamo, esponenziale!
Il nostro sogno è diventare a nostra volta un Witness di Hive. Vediamo se un domani riusciremo.
Tutti questi obiettivi raggiunti in così poco tempo, ci hanno dato una carica e un’energia non indifferente!
Ah, un ultima cosa: nella ranking siamo a quota 17K, circa 15gg dopo che abbiamo iniziato questo meraviglioso viaggio su Hive, eravamo a 100K. Un’escalation impressionante che ci dà ancora più spinta per raggiungere i nostri obiettivi!
