On this occasion, I will write a post about the extent of freedom of expression. All people certainly have the right and authority to express opinions as regulated in the Law (State Regulations). But the misunderstanding in interpreting the rules is always there because there are still many interpretations of freedom as freedom without limits.
What are the rights and obligations of citizens who want to express their opinions and what are the sanctions and limitations on freedom of expression?
Demonstration action is the right of citizens and can express their thoughts freely and obtain legal protection against these freedoms, but the limitations of freedom are again not unlimited freedoms because they are conditional, namely by respecting the rights and freedoms of others.
