Friends, I will tell you all about how to cook chicken curry first. First you take one kg to two kg of chicken meat as per your liking.
Wash the chicken meat well, remove the skins from the skin and then marinate the gula for 30 minutes. I will tell you what spices you can give. You can add ginger, garlic, onion, chilli, then salt according to your taste, whatever you want to add, such as cardamom, bay leaf, cumin paste.
