So far, I've accomplished my monthly running goals. I'd run 3km to 6km at least once a week to get the target distance per month. But aside from running short distances repeatedly week after week. I also would like to run another 21km this year. That's the end goal for this year. To do this, I've designed my goals in terms of distance to increase month after month. From 12km last June, 15km last July, and this month, I've set it at 18km.

I really had to include the word 'humble' in this paragraphs title, since my response is far from the response this post deserves. Unfortunately, I have difficulties transforming what I hear into writing, so please bear with me. Though MiPiano didn't want to elaborate on the difficulties playing the 'Etude no 4' composition by Vasilije Mokranjac, I fully appreciate the complexity to play such fast pace, hypnotic rhythmic music, manually. I mean, with fingers rather than drum machines used by electronic artists. Love the piece! Love the performance! Never heard this one before and never listened to someone else's interpretation. Why would I? MiPiano's version is open in my browsers (laptop and mobile) to give me easy access whenever I want to re-listen.

Without the slightest hesitation, or experiencing fear, he approached more freely, and continued to approach until he stopped at my sleeve. At that time, I also wondered why this butterfly was so brave to come and perch on the left sleeve. Then he walked around looking for a peaceful location he thought, so he stopped periodically with his little foot in my hand.

It is absolutely wonderful to take pictures of any natural space or landscape, where you can witness all those natural elements that embellish every corner of our Mother Earth. From the place where I live to the farthest in the African or Asian continent, there is any infinity of nature of infinite beauty in its different forms, as I show with these photographs of a specific place that I got to know and visit on several occasions.

Normally, when using passion fruit to drink or cook, people often throw away its peel, perhaps because it is not known that the peel of passion fruit can be processed into a delicious and healthy dish.Passion fruit peel has a lot of fiber, making jam is both delicious and unique.

After investing both money and sweat, the farm has evolved from being unfruitful to sustainable. While it's still far from being a stable source of income, it has provided us with more than enough poultry, rice, and crops for our dining table and to sell to the people and the market.

Sometimes a day runs by so fast we barely even realize until its gone. But sometimes too, we watch the clock every other minute, and the hours just refuses to go away.

So I really wanted to join in last weeks edition of the #naturalMedicine #plantbased #contest, but as I was still munching on my delicious Silverbeet/Kale Roulade, I had no need to waste money that I don't have by cooking more food, as I still have zero income due to our 5-6-7 weeks in lockdown (no idea now...days rolling into each other...🙃...) and which has just been extended indefinitely....

I'm not a winter person at all, no matter how cool it may look if a nice landscape is covered in snow, I truly never long for the winter. I usually don't feel rested waking up, no matter how long or short I slept, I always wish to stay under my warm blanket rather than getting out of bed. But when spring is near, I slowly feel more energized and know that soon, I will wake up hearing the birds sing and even better: know that I will wake up feeling filled with energy most days. Which is truly something I long for all winter. I don't like to feel unrested/moody/sleepy or out of energy, I love feeling all pumped and knowing this day will be one of productivity. So whenever spring is near, and the first days with more sun appear, I feel myself get lighter and slowly awaken from the winter months.

I grew up in Nam Dinh city, Vietnam. This is a small city and the atmosphere is peaceful. There are almost no large buildings, only 1 or 2 - floor small houses. I live in the "old town" where the ancient yellow houses are pretty. Those are my close neighbors. These houses were built a very long time ago, lasted about 200 years. I love taking pictures of those old golden houses to remember my childhood later. That house may be demolished in the future, but my impression of them will last forever
