Hi everyone, I'm really excited to be with you guys on this amazing platform, I go by my three names as SYLVANUS, PRECIOUS IME but I love it when I'm addressed as Pearl (which literally means something new of high value) and that's where my username is actually gotten from. I'm an indigene of Idu Uruan in Uruan LGA here in Akwa Ibom state.

I come from a middle class family of six(inclusive of my parent), I am the first bullet of Mr/Mrs Ime Sylvanus and have three stubborn but adorable younger ones, it's fun having them around though. When it comes to skin color, I'm light skinned, has a striking resemblance with Mom but in deep love with Dad.

I'm actually a friendly but stubborn teenager, an extrovert who can blend very well with strangers within seconds. Taking risks has become a huge part of me and I definitely do try out new things a whole lot, trust me most of the risks I take are worth the trial.

She attended one of the most popular school in my hometown known as Mboho unity school which is still in existence. I continued my primary education at mbiabong, a town close where I'm currently based.I graduated from primary school after writing my first school leaving examination of which I passed distinctively.

I proceeded to high school at Secondary School Etoi, Uyo where I wrote my WAEC and NECO in the year 2021.
I wrote jamb earlier this year and got a wow score, hoping to get admission anytime soon.

Writing, reading, cycling, swimming, cooking amongst others are things I've fallen head heels in love with. Creativity is also part of me as I loving making new things through research activities and discoveries.

I try out various kinds of adventures in my quest to acquire knowledge and skills. As a risk taker, I do odd/weird things which others might find very difficult to. Amusing, isn't it?

I admire endearing virtues such as honesty, transparency, modesty, consistency, trust, impartiality etc as these are the basic keys to a successful life.

Dishonesty, promiscuity, laziness, immodesty, partiality, lies and deceits are negative qualities I disdain. I try to keep away from people who exhibit such habits as they may be in of negative influence to me besides this adage explains which says "show me your friend and I'll tell you who you are"

I'm a young person trying to have a future, I'm a student who's currently undergoing tutorials/trainings on basic computer programmes. I'm also a day-care teacher handling kids in school, it's quite stressful but I'm getting used to it anyways.

I have an inborn talent which is hair braiding, not really perfect but I'm trying. I'm a blogger and content writer due to my passion for writing, and also do organise home lessons as well.

I got to know of the platform through our forerunner @fokusnow and his assistant @ijelady who explained in details the need to move to the platform as a team. We were steemians before now and went by the username @precious123, I'm sure you'll get to know each and everyone of us soonest

I'm delighted to say that we're in, I personally will stick to the rules of the platform, No to plagiarism and yes to originality.

Lest I forget, a community has been built up with the name hive impact and it was actually launched yesterday at aba, I am excited to say that I witnessed all proceedings and trust me, it was simply adorable.

As I said earlier, the main goal of the hive impact community is to touch lives everyday, we're here to make a difference, we want to create history and feel butterflies in my tummy when I imagine how the future will look like here in #hive.
