Nowadays, almost everyone is restricted and locked down at their homes. Most of them are utilizing such time to do things which they are unable in normal routine life.
These days, I have also started to set goals and achieve them which can be helpful in my routine life instead of wasting it. One of them is workout and exercise which is difficult due to workload and tiredness at office but in this quarantine time, can lose few pounds weight.
In starting it was hard as my body was not use to it so I began with just few exercises of 10-15 mins early morning. After a week, I added few more exercises and increased time to 30 mins. I aimed for 1 hour of exercise but still working on it.
I have divided workout in two sessions: first before breakfast and second before dinner with exercise of 30 mins and walk of about 30 mins after dinner. This is helping me to be active and truly enjoys my time at home.
Hopefully, I am positive to achieve my goal till end of this month and will carry on with it once normal life resumes.
