Within the publication of this HIVE CHALLENGE! - My Quarantine Goals and Challenges
To which I invite you to join, there is a phrase from @anomadsoul that I like and reason to write raising my project in this quarantine.
"Well, I highly doubt that you or I will go through quarantine making groundbreaking discoveries or effectively changing the world, or proposing theories that will undoubtedly affect the course of history, but we can definitely change our lives and use this time of quarantine to become One. best version of ourselves"
Total absolute reality, Change our life, sometimes we lock ourselves up terribly and our life is extremely robotic, but we can change, While we are alive we can modify behavior and create new habits. The main ingredient is WANTING TO DO IT.
How do i do it? What I do?
Particularly the day to day consumes, many times we see the time go by as the wind blows or we have a glass of water, suddenly and quickly, time passes and never recovers, therefore it is necessary to invest it in things I activities that generate a consequence of positive impact on our lives, I WANT TO CHANGE, we can all change but to do it it is necessary to do different things, here I show you my action plan for the estimated two months of quarantine:
1-Improve my skeletal muscle system by investigating and executing the exercises recommended by Physiotherapists for the treatment of herniated disc in L4 and L5:
A few months ago I was diagnosed with herniation of the spine, specifically in L4 and L5. To improve my health I need several things, I list them as follows:
- Inject complex B. (Three intermediate ampoules). for this it takes 5 days to run it 100%.
- Search for the appropriate exercises, indicated by the Physiatrists who publish on Youtube because currently there are no specialists attending to a reason for the quarantine; This activity will depend on my tolerance to the pain that it generates while I adapt and create the habit, I estimate to start dedicating an hour an hour every day, Monday - Wednesday - Friday. The specification of the recommendation of the specialists could be modified, I will let you know in future publications of their progress.
A great challenge for me, but I know I can be better.
2- Reading a couple of books that I got as a gift 1000 years ago, but I started and did not finish it, are the following:
- Passion for Life, 365 tools to live each day to the fullest.
