@jamerussell asked me to do this translation and give me english text of it. And for his welcomng comment he gives me full permission to use it. Although I translated it, Urdu is an RTL language with a script similar to Arabic or Persian and this makes it impossible to directly share this text in a comment or blog post. In order to make the key aspects of this information and the welcome message clear to the new members, I have given it a graphic format.

The #introduceyourself posts
The #introduceyourself posts are a great way to get to know the new members of the Hive community. Every day, members of the community post introductions of themselves, their background and their interests. These posts provide valuable insights into the diversity of the community and the different ways that people are using Hive.
In October 2018, @brittandjosie and @jamerussell launched a sister project called @heyhaveyamet (HHYM). HHYM's objective is to welcome newcomers by reviewing their #introduceyourself posts. Additionally, they compile links to their introduction blogs in a daily curation post. Before being highlighted, new accounts are thoroughly reviewed for effort, plagiarism, and account-farming.
