Many users faced one challenge or the other blogging on steemit, as such, at the launch of hive which proved a solution to the users problems led to migration of some users from steemit to hive blockchain. The users above had some characteristics I liked about them, just few I can mentioned observing from the fact that steemit gave little or no avenue for personal interaction except on discord.
@Arunava offers a post promotion to support the minnows , he goes as far as reblogging users post or paying from his account to sponsor a post expecting nothing in return. He has a passion to help and motivate minnows to participate on the blockchain at all cost. If such a passion can be initiated here, it could encourage those who are feeling discouraged in one way or the other over payout.
@xpilar encourage active participation on steemit and most of his post talks about support and positive involvement in the blockchain. He encourages the minnows to vote and comment on each users post and not be a lukeworm on the blockchain.
@stef1 has a good sense of painting, his love for culture and painting is intriguing. His involvement could fetch users who are lovers of art and painting to make the platform great.
@pennsif gives news update on steemit, about daily progress of the steemit blockchain and also the lapses, him coming to hive can also actively give updates on news.
@dobartim the founder of steem Schools is a man who have touched so many life's via his school program. He can do thesame and add to the growth of this blockchain
@funtraveller writes about countries he visit, the things he finds as an attraction there. I love travels and it helps me get to know about countries I haven't visited, I believe there are many like me out here who likes the travel gist , and it do be good hearing from them from this blockchain.
@surpassinggoogle a man I so respected on steemit, he is goal oriented and loving, he cared for all through his several programs he held to assist users. I was blessed in one of such initiative and I believe with such goals and determination, hive could help him do better.
@adsactly a user who has good sense of writing, he focuses on fictions and brings out good line of stories from them.
@Neoxian A man with principle, loving and has strong desire to see all grow through hardwork. He created a group on discord called neoxian city where he rewards and interact with users, he encourages active participation and give reward for it. Having such passion here could do alot.
Finally @candyman, he never blogged, all he did was trace good content and put a smile on their face with an upvote. If we could have several philanthropy like him here, minnows will find it easy to make great content with the believe that someone will appreciate it.
They can add to this platform through their various passion, making it seem like home for all in their aspect of focus
