¡Hola! Les envío un cordial saludo, mi nombre es @sw-kleymer y esta es mi presentación para ingresar a #Hive. Tengo 16 años y vivo en el municipio Torbes del Estado Táchira. Llevo entrenando la disciplina de la calistenia alrededor de 2 años y a continuación les comentaré como ha sido mi trayectoria y mis experiencias desde que empecé a entrenar.

I have been training the discipline of calisthenics for about 2 years and below I will tell you about my career and my experiences since I started training.
Actualmente, pertenezco al grupo de calistenia @0gravity, aunque antes no fue así, al empezar en la disciplina no pertenecía a ningún grupo y solo practicaba calistenia para poder mejorar mis condiciones físicas. Como estudiaba en un instituto militar, se me era algo difícil hacer algunos ejercicios, como las flexiones, al ser hecto morfo, mi nivel de fuerza y musculatura es algo difícil de ganar, entonces por medio de la calistenia empecé a dominar mi peso corporal y a avanzar en ejercicios básicos, como las flexiones, las dominadas y los fondos, ganando así fuerza y algo de masa muscular. Al pasar unos meses ya tenía creado el hábito de entrenar, entonces me indagaba más en aquello que me beneficiaría y a empezar a practicar cosas nuevas de la calistenia, aquí ya empecé a conocer cosas muy valiosas, como la manera y tipo de alimentación, descanso, rutinas específicas, tiempo de entrenamiento y carácter en la calistenia, al pasar el tiempo ya hacía ejercicios como el Muscle Up y luego que empecé a ser parte de @0gravity, por medio de la ayuda, apoyo y consejos tuve un avance en la manera de mis entrenamientos, actualmente llegando a tener ya Front lever y buen rendimiento en ejercicios básicos.
Currently, I belong to the calisthenics group @0gravity, although this was not the case before, when I started in the discipline I did not belong to any group and I only practiced calisthenics to improve my physical conditions. As I was studying at a military institute, it was somewhat difficult for me to do some exercises, such as push-ups. Being a hectomorph, my level of strength and muscularity is difficult to gain, so through calisthenics I began to dominate my body weight and advance in basic exercises, such as push-ups, pull-ups and dips, thus gaining strength and some muscle mass. After a few months I had already created the habit of training, so I investigated more about what would benefit me and began to practice new things about calisthenics, here I began to know very valuable things, such as the way and type of diet, rest, specific routines, training time and character in calisthenics, as time went by I was already doing exercises like Muscle Up and after I started to be part of @0gravity, through the help, support and advice I had an advance in the way I my training, currently reaching Front lever and good performance in basic exercises.
Mi finalidad en esta disciplina es poder superar cada día mis límites, como soy hecto morfo, actualmente peso unos 52 kg y mido 1.65 cm, mis objetivos principales son poder aumentar mi ganancia muscular y poder lograr ejercicios avanzados, sabiendo que mi desarrollo es lento por mi tipo de cuerpo, sin embargo, no es algo que me desanime a seguir progresando, al contrario, me incentivo siempre teniendo metas muy claras y expectativas grandiosas sobre lo que quiero lograr, teniendo como mi mayor visión, poder conseguir un nivel de categoría que sea de representación en mi municipio. Con respecto a la comunidad, quiero poder brindarles en su amplitud todas mis experiencias y conocimientos sobre la calistenia y así poder ayudar a todas aquellas personas que les sea útil mi contenido y necesiten de un enfoque distinto, dando además consejos y recomendaciones en esta disciplina deportiva.
My goal in this discipline is to be able to exceed my limits every day. As I am a hectomorph, I currently weigh about 52kg and measure 1.65cm. My main objectives are to be able to increase my muscle gain and be able to achieve advanced exercises, knowing that my development is slow for My body type, however, is not something that discourages me from continuing to progress. On the contrary, I always encourage myself by having very clear goals and grandiose expectations about what I want to achieve, having as my greatest vision, being able to achieve a level of category that be representation in my municipality. With respect to the community, I want to be able to provide you with all my experiences and knowledge about calisthenics and thus be able to help all those people who find my content useful and need a different approach, also giving advice and recommendations in this sporting discipline.
