WordPress theme development introduction
If you want to make a wordpress theme from scretche . You have to be basic knowledge about html & css to design website and also known about php & wordpress development .You can get all wordpress tags in "codex.wordpress.com" . If you follow this this tutorial you can understand how to easily create a wordpress theme.
Steps of making theme:
First you have to make environment for wordpress so you need a server in you local computer or online like Xampp , Wamp ,Localflywhile and etc.Than you have to download WordPress latest version and also download a text editor for coding like Sublime Text,Notepad++,Atom etc.Now you are ready to make a wordpress theme .
