Frankly, it might be something other than just getting distracted. But, you know that feeling that you get when you're doing something important like researching a project, then suddenly you just begin to yearn for something not even close to serious? What I do is pick up my phone and browse through Instagram. Not Twitter, that's a serious space hehe. Just Instagram or Netflix to get away from reality and from actually doing something meaningful. Argh! Is this "healthy"?
Oh well, maybe what it really is needing a break. But then again, a break is only well deserved when you've put in so much work during a long period. When I get distracted on purpose, I've barely surfed the net for the project for 2 hours straight. Help!
