WoW another week has passed and there have been some changes in progress: The community was born with the name of ChristmasHive to collect posts that had the Christmas theme: from food to decorations in the city or home, from traditions to their own thoughts or travel. A place here on Hive where anyone could read or share Christmas-related posts.
But this would be limiting for the community as after Christmas, it would no longer be usable. For this reason, I have decided to change the community name from ChristmasHive to FestivesOnHive, as suggested in the OCD Discord chat, and then the community gets ready to welcome all posts relating to users' holidays during the year.
The community theme is simple: share with other users our experiences during the various holidays, how we are preparing, what we are cooking or what trips we are enjoying. Help us learn about local parties, unknown to much of the world, and show us your photos to help us enjoy your experience better.
Compared to last week, the number of registered users has increased by 100% from 20 to 40, the number of posts published daily by users is growing and consequently also the rewards which at the moment are around $ 400 compared to $ 233 last week. and also the number of active users goes from 48 to 60.
The numbers are all positive and I hope they can grow steadily in the coming weeks. It would be an excellent result to reach 100 members by the end of the year. In the meantime, let's enjoy the community and I hope others can share their Christmas experiences.
The goal of the community is to create a place here on Hive in which to find posts concerning the theme of festives and be able to read how the world or part of it is spending it. For this reason the sharing of your photos is very welcome, rather than those taken from the web. Furthermore, to obtain the attention of whales I advise you to argue the posts at least 300 words.
