Yesterday, while looking for a job at a nearby company, I was lucky enough to enter their premises and enjoy an unexpected and beautiful moment.
While asking for some water to drink, I came across a scene that amazed me: some macaws! these majestic birds that are a symbol of natural beauty in Venezuela.
Their vibrant red, blue, and green plumage lit up the surroundings, creating a spectacle that seemed straight out of a fairy tale. The presence of these free birds reminded me of how incredible and beautiful nature can be, and here is proof that sometimes it gives us this gift in the simplest and most everyday moments.
There, I realized that nature always has a hidden card up its sleeve to surprise us, teach us, and fill us with peace.
Here in Punta de Mata, it is very common to see these types of animals, such as parakeets and parrots, but what is not very common is to see them so free that they can literally fly wherever they want and return. Since in this home they are well cared for and, above all, fed, but most importantly, they have complete freedom, as we know that these types of animals are normally kept in cages, which is why I found it so beautiful to see them in this way.
I didn't take pictures of all the birds here; we can only see four, and you have to look closely at the image to see them all. However, there are approximately 20 of this species in the nearby trees. I hope to return to this place soon and be able to photograph them all.
Are communities like this that require us to write between 600 and 800 words. Sometimes I find this a bit complicated and demanding, as I know I can describe this post by detailing how I took out my cell phone to take the photo, or I can also talk about the impact that the color of this bird had on my eye. I can also reflect on the mental impact that observing the freedom of these birds had on me and all the thoughts that came to mind. But the real question when I learned about this requirement is whether people actually read this post to the end or simply use the guide to summarize and respond with the first thing that comes to mind. These are simple questions that come to mind when I look at this community's posting requirements. I normally use the ECENCY platform, but I also saw that they ask for the use of PEAKD, so I hope that by complying with all the community's requirements, requests, and rules, I can achieve that goal, not just for , but also to connect with other users who also share my joy in observing these animals and the reflection of freedom that they give us.
- Since I have been a user of this platform for several years, using the blockchain, I know that there are many occasions when it is difficult for us to give each post the attention it deserves.
To continue talking about these macaws, you can see in the photograph that some of them are molting their feathers, or at least I think so, as I'm not very sure how their nature works. What I am sure of is that in these days of heavy rains and climate change, there have been some heat waves and high temperatures that are sometimes difficult for us as humans to cope with, even though we have a roof to shelter us from the sun and some of us have fans. I know that some use air conditioners. But even so, we have some tools to help us cope with the intense heat, so I can't imagine how animals like these are adapting to this climate change.
I hope you can see the photograph in detail and read the post to the end. Please leave your comments and opinions, and if you like, you can read some of my previous posts where I talk about other topics, such as situations that are currently happening here in Venezuela. I have been unemployed for a week now, after many problems at my old job and realizing that if I stay there, I will be a slave for much longer to this system in which monetary remuneration is not enough for a decent life or even to cover basic expenses, and as human beings we have basic needs, which are basically decent food.
I send my best regards to everyone who is part of this community. I hope you enjoy this post and leave me your comments. Without further ado, with much love, Fonestreet.
