Monday morning were always the most annoying morning of the week, do you remember? Maybe so many people are still experiencing the same thing. People like me are still experiencing the same thing from waking up at 5:00AM or 6:00AM frustrated but just have to move, to taking your bath, eating a slice of bread or better still sandwich, then going off to work where you have to first hit the cab and facing the traffic, then the train then get in the midst of so many people who make it look like there is a traffic for pedestrian while walking, if it is raining then it is another story because you are likely going to get to work late and wet and then you eventually get to work late waiting to receive your second query to why you are coming late but after the pandemic, a lot of things have changed. People have become more lazy (did I say lazy? I meant people now sleep longer to wake up at 7:00AM or 8:00AM), be able to prepare something good then work from the spare room or table in the house which has now become the new office space. A lot of people have now been working from home, with a lot of productivity at work.
A lot of us spend most of our early and late hours of our work event on the road commuting before the pandemic, and when you ask people when their most annoying period of work is, it is often when they are on the road. The road seems to be problematic than the stressful day at work, in fact it makes it look like it is the most stressful part of the work day as it makes your work more time consuming. Normally you could be working a 9 to 5 job but because you have to hit the road, you will be waking at 5 and commencing your journey at 6 and in some cases you will still get to work late and then still get home at 8PM when work closed at 5PM because you have to travel back home, making the work time the most stressful and longer.
Working at a distance from home for married people is one of the reasons a lot of couples get a divorce because they see that there is no time for one another. There are a lot of things I think working remotely would change and make better. What do you think will be positive outcome of working remotely?
