In this second part I will describe the rest of the fundamental characteristics of the organizational vision, with the clear objective of highlighting the theoretical linkage associated with organizational values that favor companies, in this article we will develop the remaining five (05) guidelines that relate conciliation of individual and group interests, the elaboration of a structure, necessary for the organization, the conciliation between the interests of the organization and the social and natural environment.

Thematic development
In this same order of ideas of the previous publication, it is necessary to affirm that values are necessary in the organizational culture, because they have a positive influence on productivity, they are used as a fundamental strategy to create awareness and commitment in those who integrate it in order to maintain the course, the direction towards the objectives, short, medium and long term goals, from there that the companies should focus on the following guidelines:
1) Risk tolerance, correlates with the degree to which new ideas are encouraged and allowed to emerge and materialize.
2) The criteria for rewards, are part of the degree to which rewards and recognition are distributed according to the employee's performance and not to other non-performance factors such as seniority and favoritism..
3) Tolerance to conflict, style that measures the degree to which workers are encouraged and allowed to freely deal with their conflicts and criticisms.
4) Profile toward ends or means, the degree to which management is focused on results or goals rather than on the techniques or process to achieve them.
5) Open system approach, refers to the degree to which organizations control and respond to changes in the environment.

With these additional five fundamental characteristics of the organizational vision, and its correct application within the managed organizations, it will foster a participative action centered on people, hence workers are expected to have a supportive, constructive and open attitude.
