This statement does mean the company sells land for that price, and the caption does not specify what size of land the marketer is talking about, neither does it say what location it is situated in, the circumstances behind the sale, and so on. The low rate of N150,000 attracts the customer, who decides to make inquiries about it. You can then lay out all the terms, schemes, payment plans, and so on to complement your advert caption.

Exclusive

This is a word that attracts mostly rich/wealthy people, who use exotic products that the common man cannot afford, or are willing to go ahead and customize their own products like watches, footwears, vehicles, and so on, so that it is exclusive to them.

The word exclusive defines the category of people that your product or services are targeted at, and it also gives an idea that you have an understanding of the needs of people in that category, and you are capable of providing it. For example, a barber could offer exclusive services to customers who probably want special treatment to their hair, or special haircuts. Home service is also a form of exclusive treatment. A wristwatch or vehicle brand also can easily customize their products for willing customers, as long as they can pay for it.

This statement appears like your product has become popular demand, due to its quality, uniqueness, or economy friendly price, and so on. This caption makes people want to see what is that special effect in your own product "that is making people use it so much".

Imagine that there is a huge demand for electronic tab keyboards, and you produce or sell a flexible and foldable keyboard so that it is very portable, or better still, a laser projection keyboard. People are more likely to come for these products rather than the conventional keyboards, which may be too big, maybe even bigger than their tabs.

Guarantee/Warranty

This is a way of giving clients confidence in your product. Adding a money-back clause to your marketing gives your potential customers the confidence that they can pay for this service or product, since they are sure that you will give a refund if they are not pleased with it. it is a very good tool to attract customers, and it is beneficial for inventors of new technologies, or new brand/model of products that has other brands already in existence in the market.
