After my recent SOS call, and a cry-out-loud post Project Hive - SOS Call!, the sense of liberty and free-speech forces me to write a continuation. It has been a really crazy 2 weeks and we have been presented with a hell to suffer!
I received a lot of comments, mostly bashing me for opening my mouth on topics that had made an image of Hive on my mind that Hive Community never intended to leave on any. Some told me I was whining and others insisted that it was an effort to create sensationalism. Almost 90% missed the point that All those stories were true and certainly, an overwhelming majority didn't even talk about the real issues going on in this community.
A true sense of community is not a digital group where people join, randomly post on a topic mentioned in rules, and a curation trail voting them all week long. A true sense of community is created when a community chooses its leaders and trusts them in their positions. A true sense of friendship and fellowship is created when the leader talks to you on the very first day you join a community, and then every other day to help you mingle with, and get started to be part of a community we call our harbor!
Project Hope's majority believes in the values set by this community and we do not have a shred of doubt about the way the economy of this beautiful community works! We do have the right to rage our emotions out when an attack is launched single-handedly on the livelihood of many for whom I am working hard to make some buck here. The true sense of donation, every bloody day I choose to write!
The story continues! I continue to be the victim and appetite for the whales of this community for speaking out loud! Some of them talking with the leaders of this community openly on discord and realizing that this community is doing more good than anything community on Hive and the only way to run this community is to actually do what we do, while others believe that "there is no need to run this community the way it is being run if it can't sustain its economy on curation and author rewards".
My last post Project Hive - SOS Call! is a picture of cruel brutality launched against free speech. The target was to push the rewards to $0 which is opposite to their original stance of "Minimizing" the rewards to hurt the beneficiary reward. I call it brutality because if the Beneficiary reward is 50%, the downvote should have been 50% too (not that I encourage or like it, but it's their stance). However, the downvotes were so much so that the rewards shrunk to $0 and neither the author, nor the beneficiary, and nor the curators got the rewards that hive promised them.
This is another Cry Out Loud. Let's see how they take it!
