Greetings community, today I bring you one of the bands that for me, stands out more when it comes to arouse emotions in the listener is Kodaline.
Founded in 2005, under the name 21 Demands by Steve Garregands and Mark Predergarst is an Irish Indie Rock band that stands out for its great acoustic melodies and the great voice of Steve Garrigan.
In 2011 they changed the name of the band to Kodaline and joined the current bassist of the band and released an Ep with which they became famous, being used in an episode of the popular series Greys Anatomy.
In 2013, they released their first studio album, called In A Perfect World, which increased the band's fan base and continued to be played in several series.
This album contains what is my favorite song of the band ¨High Hopes¨.
In 2015 they released Coming Up For Air, unfortunately, after setting the bar so high with their debut album, this one was not so successful, leading the band to take a break, but in my opinion it was a good album.
We had to wait until 2018 for the return of the band and it was with Poitics Of Living, album for which they had the collaboration of several figures in the world of music in Ireland, in this album was appreciated a change in the sound of the band, but continued to maintain its essence.
In 2020, the band releases One Day At Time, it is complicated to talk about this album but it has some quite acceptable songs.
It is expected that by this year we will have something from the band and I hope they will return to their best times.
I hope you enjoyed the post and if you haven't listened to this band yet, I encourage you to do it, honestly they have a lot of coldplay but in their own way.
