I set a goal to get my fitness back to where it was 6 years ago, when my 5km run was easily under 30mins on a slow day. Due to having kids, the recent pandemic and renovating 2 houses I had lost that part of my fitness. So today thanks to @new.things for getting me to sign up to this and to use Strava to record my time for my run, it turns out I had already past my goal! now to maintain 5km under 30mins.
