Last week I went back to the gym.
Managed to do a whole week of workout divided in 3 plans:
- A) Back and biceps
- B) Chest and triceps
- C) Legs and shoulders
Monday through Friday, and the today again, as last Friday was plan B, today I did legs and shoulders.
I am not taking measures because I know I need persistence and measuring will only make me disappointed. The best streak I have ever managed as 1 year going every weekday, so I won’t take measures before at least 1 year of consistency.
It is a long way…. And like I say… It is frustrating that I can not just skip time, the only choice is to keep on going every day and if I skip I lose.
