In so many cases where we humans love to make plans towards the future, it still one way or the other occur to us that life is not promising and so one way or the other we should still try to enjoy the moment while it last. I will be lying if I say I have never thought about DEATH before neither will I say that I haven't make plans towards my future, and so with that being said if at any situation I get to a condition where I am being told to do what ever I will want to do within the time frame of 24 hours due to the fact that it will be my only hours left to live on Earth, The first thing that will occur to me will be the unconsciousness panicking and rewinding almost every situation in life and the things I have done and the things I could have done but above all at the end of the day I am left with just 24 hours to live and so what will I make use of this remaining hours of my life?
At first what I will want to do is to call the very few most important people in my life and have a reasonable conversation with them to tell them how I care and how I am sorry for whatever i have done consciously or unconsciously. Secondly what I would like to do if at the very moment of getting that news happened to be that I am very far away from my family, I will love to fly back home within that time frame if it is possible to spend the rest of the hours with my mom. This is a critical point where almost every thoughts will seem not to be present but then again spending the rest of the hours with my mom will be a very happy way of going. If this is happening when I am already married and have kids and family, then I will want to spend the rest of the hours with my spouse kids and my mom.
It is very funny how I am answering this question with So much thinking going on and I believe this is exactly how difficult it is to take in such news I guess. Life is not promising and one way or the other we try to still make plans towards the future and so getting the opportunity to talk about the reality such as this particular topic (If You Only Had 24 Hours to Live, what will you do with it?) provided by the HiveGhana Community on this Weekly Engagement it's such an honour I must say. Concluding this, I may not have all the time to make plans or whatever but if I can pen down few things I will love some of my money to be spent on and getting to spend the rest of the hours with my family will do.
