Growth is part of life and it gives you such a beauty when you realize that you are making progress in life.
For me that magical moment I could remember was last weekend when I was doing my normal morning workout. I was running and it made me have much of going physically. Inremember I could barely jog for even five or ten minutes without breathing heavily.
Sometimes I will make an excuse that I'm getting tired, I'm too busy to exercise. but this time I said I will get fit. I cannot afford to lazy anymore. I did. But this time I will try to lift up my sneakers and try to hit the park again.
This time I want to be consistent with how I do my workouts for months. I think I need to start slowly and not rush things and build up. And I can remember that special day, I ran five kilometers without stopping. I broke a record, an unimaginable one.
As I crossed that invisible finish line, I was smiling and sweating. I felt the joy. I wasn't just stronger physically, but I grew in discipline. The old me would have decided to quit before going halfway, but the new me kept me going even on days when I didn't feel like it.
For me, that run was just way far than a mere exercise. It gave me an indication that good happens. When you decided to show yourself and don't give up, taking the step at a time.
Now I've stopped doubting my ability and now I'm ready to push my limits and start embracing these challenges by trying to run further or doing something new. I can beat my chest and say physically I'm stronger and mentally I'm unstoppable.
Health is wealth, and fitness brings in maximum energy, filled with life and resilience. The most important thing for me in taking this fitness is the mission of moving myself to the next level. It is all about pushing yourself beyond your physical and mental limits, and this requires lots of discipline and determination. The changes happened when I started optimizing my body and mind.
This gave me the potential to unlock boundaries and conquer obstacles in life, embracing the challenges and achieving sharp focus in my mission. I have always believed that no matter the hurdle, my pursuit of maximum fitness will continue to drive me to the vibrant feeling, chasing my dreams no matter what.
Growth is a journey and every small thing only counts. Maybe your growth is in how you handle life situations or how you treat others around you. Are you under stress at work or everywhere, but what is that moment that truly show that you have grown up in life and you are not longer where you used to be?
