The shared video shows the final steps undertaken by the drilling company to complete all task in Phase 1 of the project. Following the drilling, the drillers had to allow the water to settle before proceeding with mechanization, which involves installing the pump and performing other electrical works necessary for pumping the underground water.
The first task which was conducted was the installation of the submersible pump and testing of the pump. This test aimed to assess the pump's functionality at different flow rates, aligning it with the water level within the borehole.
To ensure the safety of the water for drinking and other purposes, the drilling team conducted a water test, which confirmed its suitability for various uses, including drinking. Witnessing the water gushing out in large quantities was truly exhilarating. Some of the residents of Chanshegu present at the site couldn't resist taking a sip, while others, driven by excitement, decided to wash their hands.
We are delighted to witness this progress and anticipate making another positive impact soon in the town of Chanshegu.
