There is something about our body system that is a fact we cant do about and that is cheating nature which cant be possible. what I actually mean is that there are things the human body actually needs that we can't do without it occurring and that is avoiding sleep which cant be possible. Though we can try to extend our time of sleeping or probably work throughout the whole night at our workplace but then after that the body will request for sleep which is important.
Our body system differs also because not everyone have the strength to snub sleep at a particular time which also is another training we give to our body to adapt to. When your used to sleeping on time especially in the evening and then waking up early in the morning, it wont be challenging when your used to it but when it becomes a challenge where your required to wake up at a particular time to perform some job duties or task this will become difficult.
However this is one habit i trained myself in avoiding sleep at a particular time which wasnt easy but i trained myself to be prepared. The first job i did required we the workers to work both day and night which was a shifting duty though. Our job schedule back then was one week day and one week night which wasn't easy but we had no choice at that moment as we the workers needed the job and the salary.
One thing i always ensure myself is that when am done with my night duties i prefer not to be disturbed when am home because that moment i need sleep and nothing more which is at least 6hrs to rest without disturbance. When am disturbed my body system wont be in a stable state and the reason is the lack of sleep and also the lack of allowing the brain to rest.
The impact that played in me was that whenever am needed to perform any activities regardless of the time, am always prepared without having the mindset that i am being disturbed which was not easy to adapt to but made me understand my body system more. I once lived with my aunt in the baracks and to be sincere life there wasn't easy because they wake up early around 4am and sleep late in the night around 10pm to 11pm.
The time for waking up wasnt a problem for me but the sleeping time was annoying because we have to be awake from that 4am till 11pm doing activities at home without resting. Despite that i don't need an alarm to wake me up that early as am already used to such lifestyle but our sleep was limited. Though this habit made me to be more stronger when i wake up that early to perform activities at home while other people around are still sleeping.
There are times i would just ask for people just to check up on them in the morning and what i would hear is that they are still sleeping and if i check my time i begin to wonder if i can sleep up that late. Understanding your body sysem will help a lot but also taking care of it will be very much important as we all know that we can't cheat nature.
