Greetings Everyone!
I am very happy that @hive.ghana is back strongly with much engagement hub. Many thanks to @mcsamm and @collinz for this opening up great challenge: My Hive Journey: Thriving as a Newbie. You can participate through this challenges by loginhere
Joining Hive on September 21th 2021 was daunting for me. I was actually doing things on my own. I wrote about 3 posts and was very discouraged to further my journey on Hive. Luckily I was in certain group with @mcsamm and @collinz so one day I had a conference call with them to further explain how Hive works, the communities I can join and the need of being consistent. So, I then introduced myself properly on 14th July 2022. That was 10 months break from Hive. Since then I tuned my mind to be very serious and work harder. Let me say I've spent 1 year 7 month per the time I began posting, but since I became active is 9 months.
Hive have been my Safe Haven Blockchain and assets where I spend most of my time and precious life. I have been able to build connection with funs here through engaging other peoples post, joining Discord and other social media where we talk of Hive for example #Twitter and #Reddit. I am happy 😊 to lace with other Communities like @gardenhive, @leofinance, @stemsocial, @neoxian, @diyhub,@3Speak, @hive-learners and other communities. I see my journey in hive as a great investment in future projection for long term by building connections with other Gurus here in Hive, rocking hard through consistent activeness with determination. Steering up the great duty as a manager of my accounts growth through regular powering ups. I continue to learn most of the things here in Hive scrutinizing how best Hive can be used for transactions both both within Hive offline hive and external functionalities of Hive Ecosystem for transactions. For instance how I can trade from Hive to other exchange ups and vise-versa.
I do enjoy my lifetime with Hive communities through posting, reading posts and giving feedbacks. Over in Hive I see it as building my values in learning getting additional knowledge to most of the things I don't know through a lot of posts I read from my Mentors. The numerous posts I read broaden my mind. I see my time here as a great opportunities to recover my past failures in life which nearly drove me to hurt 🤕 my life. My face don't look frown but smiling 🥲 fills my face with Hive. I feel the great impact of decentralized Blockchain in Hive. Unlike other platforms which just paid lip services to practice Decentralization but later deceived us. Now I don't fear of losing my funds as in some time a go I fell victim in the captive of Sponzi scammers who took away my funds. With the introduction of web3 Hive is going to be more powerful and faster. From this 9 months duration, I've built my power to 724. Once that I have become conversant with most of the like how to use markdowns an do more stuff to improve my post for more readers, I'm going to be more active.
Only minor challenges such as posting to communities without first reading the Community rules and insertion of pictures or images which aren't my own without giving proper citation/credit/reference to the owners of the pictures. Ever since I was guided by some of the Oldies, I've learnt a lot about how to do all these things first before posting through the various communities. I could remember I did one mistake at @hive-learners community when I joined. I was trying to enter their featured post without knowing that we have to first be verified through their Discord page. I was posting wrongful contents to @ocd community without first reading so I was guided by one of their Mod the kind of content niche we are supposed to post through the community. So I learnt a lot through the guidance of the Mentors in the various communities. And this was helpful for me to thrive in Hive Communities. I must also say that following Newbies initiative helped me a lot about how to power up to build power instead of cashing out all earnings as soon as payout hit my wallet. It's one of the ways that has helped me today.
Learning is a process and one step at time. At first I found it very difficult writing very good posts, engaging others in the various Communities. It has now become my habit of sharing with my friends in Hive. I have learnt a lot about Hive being a broad Ecosystem with lots of Tokenized communities like LEO, PAL and many other tokens that we can get apart from the Liquid Hive which are also tradable. Now with the current #threads bub and #Posh are another user friendly I enjoy sharing with comrades here in Hive. I love making short videos which I don't stress myself since #3speak tv app is there to help me share my videos on the Hive Blockchain.
I think introducing Hive Ecosystem to a friend, family or love one is like gifting someone with precious thing like "Gold." Why am I saying this? Hive has been a community that we don't own gather a lot of money before getting access to join. Unlike other investment companies that we need to push huge investment money before you can make it, with Hive we need only small amount of Hive Power to start up. Even with that Hive Power, our Mentor who introduced us can support us with some little delegation in order to begin posting. So, basically we can start Hive blogging with zero account. And the is the most aspect I really enjoyed most. Starting with little power and getting compounding rewards of Liquid Hive and Hive Power as well.
To me as my living testimony, I've ever threw money that could be invested in Hive Blockchain and get multiple rewards but I didn't get the opportunity earlier to taste for this investment opportunities. Yet I still embrace what I am doing. So if I've the same opportunity to talk to people, I'll use my experience I've had starting from zero Hive Power to get 724 valuable Hive Power equivalent to my investment plus the Liquid Hive which could also be used to power up.
In summary, I thank all my Mentors and Leaders here who form part of my survival here in Hive Blockchain. Thank all my funs here for the continuous support of upvotes, comments, guidance and feedbacks. I say a big thank you!
