Loving oneself is very important before anything else especially when understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are times we find ourselves in a situation where we try to please people but end up regretting the action. Every human on earth have their own life to live and how they intend to make it better than their previous past or achievements. Self love is an important mindset to have and practice because why, it only takes you to know what makes you happy and sad.

Never let anyone pressurize you which is one important thing i have learnt in life. we cant be perfect as human but can only be better in what we do when we put in more effort to actually achieve result. You dont have to gain the whole world before you can make yourself happy but instead find yourself in a situation where you can be pleased with what you have. Self love is an appreciation to value who we really are when we dont compare ourself to other people.
There are situations where you will find people showcasing their love and kindness to other people and fail to show that same happiness to themselves which is totally wrong. Believe me or not the people we feel we can't do without will move on with their lives if one is no more, so it is better to avoid making people more important rather it is better to show that love to yourself.
However, i am not saying that we shouldn't extend our love and kindness to other people but instead diverting that same energy to oneself is very important which actually should be the first thing. We live in a world where people dont really care about others except they try to cover or fake it. Comparision sometimes makes some people to look down on themselves when they see other people doing better than them which is not suppose to be so.

Self love goes beyond the aim of only making oneself happy but it also involves the mindset of accepting your flaws and mistake to be better. There are times we try to achieve some certain goals and results but fail to achieve them and because our aim towards that goal didnt work out doesnt mean we shouldn't appreciate our effort but instead it is a step to correct areas we lack to give it a try again. it is better to fail why trying than not even giving it a trial at the first place.
Our struggle on a daily basis is to secure a better life where we can live happily and be happy with oneself than regretting over past mistakes or achievements. We really need to know who we are and what we are capable of doing in other to gain grounds for ourselves and if we feel we need help or support from other people then we can seek that in other to please ourselves and secure our value because the goal is to be happy by appreciating our self love and quality.
