One of the key skills that an individual must be is computer literate. In Africa, there are a lot of individuals who find it difficult to operate a computer or even a mobile device. With the rapid development of technology in the world, it is advisable to equip yourself with basic tech skills in other not to find yourself wandering in the world.
Another important skill that we all have to learn as an individual is good communication skills. As an individual, you should be able to withstand the pressure of the crowd and convince them that the idea or product you are selling will help them in their daily activities. There are a lot of good people who failed to convince others due to poor communication skills. As a good communicator, you should be able to determine what your audience what and you should be able to sell out what you have for them.
Last but not the list, another skill set one should have basics about is the crypto world, as we advance, we move from paper cash to digital currency. Countries like El Salvador have legalized the use of digital currencies such as bitcoin for the payment of goods and services and it won't be long until other countries start to produce their crypto coins which citizens can be able to use as payment instead of paper cash. Learning and being able to read the market chat will help you in your investment. This is why I will advise that as you learn other skills, make sure to add the skills of cryptocurrency to the skill set you are learning because it is going to be of good help in the near future.
Learning new tech skills doesn't necessarily mean you have to go to school in other to know all this one can learn and even be much better than one who has been to school in the comfort of your home. As far as your mind is made up and you are willing to learn, you should e able to sail through.
