I've never loved iOS phones from day one despite the hype from its users. The only thing one gets to hear when asked of the advantage is the camera's quality and nothing more despite its huge price. iOS phones have more disadvantages than advantages, however, with the current development of android phones, there's a significant improvement in the areas iOS seems to boast about yet with a cheaper price. I'll be outlining a few things I dislike about iOS and why I'd prefer android to iOS devices.
First, many applications are not available for iOS devices. This is the first reason why I dislike iOS devices. Software Applications that are readily available for Android users are often paid for in an iOS device and I wondered why a device with a high cost would keep draining its users to pay for almost every application when Android offers them for free.
Secondly, iOS does not support NFC or Bluetooth transfers. I feel it limits its users compared to android who offer their users various means of sharing files. So android has more connectivity options than iOS does. Another thing i dislike about iOS is their user interval, it often has the same home screen whereby android can look like windows phone, iphone, and whatever it likes.
Finally, iOS does not support expandable memory and can't have more than one user account on the devices. This is different with Android which supports an expandable memory and supports more than one user account or profile in a device.
There are many things Android offers that iOS doesn't and if an iOS is placed side by side with an Android device, I'll choose an Android device over and over again. Not because it's cheaper, or cost effective but because it has an operating system that gives its user multiple options, and a friendly experience.
