It was a while I subscribed to community, but wasnt able to provide decent entry till now. I provide this for Learn&Earn challenge, initiated on Steemit blockhain by @matkodurko and successfully run in 2019 by @brittandjosie, now powered by @jizzyjoe. Round 5 this week - join the fun!
I tag @bambuka @arhat @taliakerch70 @steemean69 to enter aswell. The main idea is to condense in your post what YOU learned this week, minimum of 5 things (7 is max).
1. Blue, green, and hazel
...eyes all exist thanks to a genetic mutation; brown was the only eye color present in humans until about 6,000 years ago.
2. AccordionRock
I discovered a great rock (!) band **'AccordionRock'** from Russia - they record music by means of three accordeons. Stunning. Check their Nirvana's cover.

3. Grant for viticulture
Visiting 'Vindemia' photoexhibition a while ago I learned out there exist a special grant in Italy to stimulate the local winemakers. A photographer friend of mine witnessed two young Italians returned from New Zealand back to Italy, due to said grant, and now are engaged in winemaking. The revival and preservation of ancient traditions is priceless!

Recently I stumbled upon what I considered error, and tried to find out: which version is wrong? It turned out... both are correct!
English language over centuries has adapted lots of different rules come and go when it comes to grammar. However its important to recognise when a rule emerges as a matter of style, or a matter of meaning. In this case, there is no firm rule, because one expression is not more clear than other. You may find English people argue about this, and many other rules and sayings, because one style sounds strange to the person who uses the other. When it comes to matters of style, choose the option that you prefer. You will not be misunderstood.
5. last Russian emperor assasination...

It comes out, some folks believe that Bolsheviks in 1918 exterminated the entire family of Russian last emperor Nicholas II NOT because they wanted to do so, but at the behest of Rothschild's Jewish-Masonic world government... in retaliation for his great-grandfather, Russian Emperor Alexander I, ruined their plans for world hegemony at the Vienna Congress of 1815. Well, the conception look very strong and plausible, hehe... I wonder where those folks are getting their drugs?!
