for years , the fulani and the yorubaland farmers have had occassionaly disagreement over grazing but it has never been a threat to the yorubaland farmers livelihood in terms of their range until 2015 when president muhammadu buhari was elected into office. Since then, things that has never happen, as in that has never be done happens even in acceleration which has now brought poverty,misery and destroyed the south west Nigeria.
Some well trained terrorist has risen with alot of weapons like AK- 47 and so on against the yoruba farmland. They are found to be known as the bororo fulani. They have been tormenting yoruba farmland that they set fire on 30+ acres of rice ,on cassava and a lot more of their farm crops. And it is said that they have backbone in the police force because many of those that was caught were later found released.
Now ,the trouble was so much that they couldn't go to farm which has make their labourer unemployed ,crimes like home burglary have become common for place because of the farms closing down and so on. Thousands or should i say millions of people are crying,yet, our government has not done anything.
Then, comes this man , a man that should be honour 'Sunday igboho' a man who stand for the suffering of his people to fight the bororo fulani that the government couldn't do. Now, the government ask for the arrest of sunday igboho which i know will never be possible because the whole 30 millions strong community in Nigeria are fully behind. I pray u fight this battle and win, we will never let them take over our belongings and suffer our people.
