Today, after having a good conversation with a great friend @camiloferrua, some ideas emerged regarding the management of the recycling company based on the steem blockchain that I have recently introduced to the puppet project in the community.

First proposal

When I spoke about the proposal to incorporate a green venture company that will be dedicated to waste collection I omitted some aspects that could delay the materialization and implementation of the idea.

The first proposal incorporates the representatives of the children linked to the puppet workshop in the community so that they can be the owners of a paper-plastic and glass recycling company in order to obtain resources and thus be able to acquire steem in order to generate a decent voting power and thus be able to make healings as many publications of the same project as of other ecological initiatives within the steem blockchain.

The aspects that I omitted was the time that it would take in these people of different communities to assimilate how the blockchain works in general for that reason the son another proposal that I will put in this publication to be discussed with all the users.

Proposal in progress

Being linked to educational institutions would be much easier to work with them directly. The method would be more or less the following:

establish alliances with the directors of the educational institutions so that the children are the ones who classify and collect the waste that they themselves will dispose of in garbage dumps. in this way the same children could easily clean plastic water bottles at home, glass bottles and cardboard from some boxes which they would take to the school for storage. daily each school would make a publication of how much material was collected that day and in this way with the approval of the puppet project in the community the publication would be voted for the steem account of each school.

Fiat money payment methods could be advanced by opening bank accounts in which the steem equivalent in local currency would be deposited.

Another proposal would be to accumulate liquid steam and provide the school with the opportunity to make repairs or purchase supplies that are needed or need to be replaced due to wear and tear, such as air conditioners, purchase of long-life energy-saving bulbs and other school supplies.

In this way, schools could be financed in a sustained manner and made a better place, the current context of the economic crisis that Venezuela is going through makes schools very deficient due to the low investment in the education sector.

In this way, schools could be maintained in an operational manner and it would all be thanks to ecological initiatives that work hand in hand with the steem blockchain.

This is the moment when a decision must be made whether to continue with the implementation of this project through community puppets and obtain some type of delegation from steem inc or other projects that are interested in doing this type of community work in public educational facilities.
