Motivation- we need it more than anything. And to stay motivated what we need to know what motivates us so that we can use them when we need it. It may sound simple to know and understand what motivates us but it's actually not. You will probably struggle to answer this simple question. If so, then try to find it out now!
Now the question is, how can we know what motivates us?
We have to be honest with ourselves on this. There are lots of self-examination tests to find out this but I would say if you don't know much about you, you can simply ask questions to yourself to find out this. You don't have to follow a particular method. It's not like you sit for a half an hour session and will find it out. We have to take the time to understand it better.
Take a moment to consider yourself a different person and sit with yourself. See yourself from a different perspective and see your image. You will get a better vision of your self and your life. This will lead you to understand your 'motivation' better.
Be slow to recall moments. See what motivates you and how you take steps after that.
Visualize your future to know what motivates you to achieve that.
If you get the answers this way then it's good for you. But as I was saying it's not easy so it may take time to understand it. No matter how much time you need to find out your source of motivation. Because during a time of struggle, during a bad time you will need this more than anything. Also, you can cultivate your own source of motivation if you know it.
