Sometimes I feel like my days are filled with scheduling but the end of the day it feels like I have done nothing. There's nothing I can call I have achieved. It's not like I did do anything productive. Later I understand that it has nothing to do with productivity or any meaningful work. Rather it happens because of the absence of mind.
And I know I'm not alone on this. It happens to everyone and the root cause is lack of mindfulness. I have tried to educate myself to better know how can I get back on track in moments and be more present in moments.
The first thing that must be noticed everything happening around and embrace our moments. It can be about enjoying the coffee and focus on how better we are feeling or can be how we feel when our boss says something about our work quality. The thing is connecting with our inner self so that we never feel left out from thyself.
Never forget to enjoy life. Rather than rushing one task to another, take a break and give yourself time to put your thoughts together. It helps to bring minds into moments.
Notice your thought process. Whether your mind is more likely to run away randomly during works, or your mind is more likely to bring something up to distract you. And then point out what needs to be done. Take control and bring it in the present.
Our mind is a wonderful thing as long as you know how to deal with it. And it will surprise you with productivity if you can practice mindfulness. Bringing back minds into moments is easy. But knowing when to do that and how to proceed to go further is challenging. But I believe these simple tricks can help us all to focus on current moments to make a better future.
