There is a lot of mathematics in hardworking, at the beginning aspects, you need a jotter to served as a reminder, there in the jotter, you are to write down your tasks with numbering, and also indicates those that are very important.
Having many tasks make people go through stress, and you find yourself leaving a particular duty to another just to meet up your expected plan for the day, but the good part is that, you will not do this on and on, there would come a time that you will relax and have an enjoyable schedule which is quite lesser to handle compare to how you begin it.
In life everything is steps by steps, we can not assume to have a good calculations of numbers when we can not start from counting one to the rest of the bigger numbers.
Personally, the number I respect so much is "1", because I have understood that, for me to have a perfect counting or numbering, I should not in any way jumped "1" or think of replacing it with another number, to be frank, the whole numbering wouldn't make sense a bit if I do that.
I remember when my mom was giving lessons to my nephew, she normally taught him counting at home on weekends, so my nephew was so young then, and he will be jumping number "1" and start counting from another number.
My mom now stop teaching him others numbers since he can called from "2" to "10" very well, and their new topic which took place for about two weekends was just for him to be counting "1" repeatedly.
I told my mom she should overlooked it and, maybe, let's him take a new topic in other subjects, and when he grow up, he will figure it out on his own that counting of numbers begins from one, she told me, it doesn't make sense that way and it might have an influence on him.
So, on the second weekend of his lesson, my nephew grabbed it and start counting perfectly from "1" everyone who was there were happy.
On my jotter where I have written down the things I intend to do everyday, sometimes, if I looked at those tasks, It makes me nervous, so the deal is, I prefer not to take a look at them, because the things I have written was to show as a reminder, maybe, in some days, if I forgot what I should be doing.
What I do is that, I took time to think of each of them everyday and know the task I am to do every time of the day.
