Procrastination can ruin our life. Truly can work as the biggest barrier to do anything and achieve anything. We become the biggest enemy if we fail to get rid of procrastination. We need to remember how powerful procrastination is. Every single day, even every single moment it pulls us back and makes us a less successful one.
When you learn to ask yourself 'why' you are not doing anything, you are making your procrastination less powerful. That 'why' will lead you to find out the sources about what makes you to not take any action, to not do anything to achieve your goal.
How the question is, how we can find our sources of procrastination?
I already have given a big clue and that is 'Questioning yourself'.
You can be overwhelmed, less capable, not determined or simply lazy which will lead us to procreate. It's necessary to understand what's the reason. So continuously ask yourself questions.
Recognize your sources. If it's your poor structure, lack of resources or knowledge, or even your laziness; recognize it. Identify the forces it's making to not let you do a certain thing.
Prioritize finding out your drawbacks before beginning. It always is very helpful to find out our drawbacks and lacking before starting a project. And it helps to find out our sources of procrastination too.
And finally, there is no need to talk about that we need to work on improving our condition after finding the sources of our procrastination. Only finding out the sources and knowing will not help us, right? So, give importance to improve what you are lacking after knowing what pulls you back.
