Hello friends,
Today was a very light and balanced day. The beginning of the morning was quite relaxed. I woke up a little as usual. As soon as I woke up, I hit cold water on my face and brushed it. After that he took a bath, causing freshness to the body. I believe that the morning routine matters a lot for a good start of the day. There was something special this morning because I met the most precious time in the daily run-up, it was found today. Morning tea with your son.

When he spent some time sitting with his son with a cup of tea, it seemed as if the tiredness of the day had already become half. The son told some funny things in his parrot language and we both laughed. In breakfast, the wife served something lightly, but the taste looked double to eat with the son. To be honest, every morsel eaten with the family gives a different relaxation.
After breakfast, I got ready and left for office. On reaching the office, it was found that today the HR department has put a small session on teamwork. Initially felt that perhaps there would be common things that are often repeated in these sessions, but as the session progressed, the atmosphere became very good. HR not only explained the usefulness of teamwork but also got some fun and light group activities. In an activity, we all had to close our eyes and recognize the voice of the partner. A lot of laughter was a joke and bonding experience. Such small initiatives really improve the office environment.
After the session, everyone's mood was slightly lighter and we all sat together and had lunch. The pleasure of eating and eating together in the office probably reduces the stress of the day. Many things were shared in lunch. Some told the story of the house, some mischievous children's mischief, and some plans for the upcoming weekend. Only such small moments make our professional relationships human.
There was another necessary meeting after noon, in which I attended. This meeting was on surgical site infection prevention. In this meeting taken by the infection control team, many important things were told to the clinical staff such as the right hand hygiene, the correct pre-up shaving, the timing of the antibiotic and the sterile probability. Such information is not only part of professional growth for me but also the responsibility related to the safety of patients. This meeting once again reminded me that we are not just a part of a profession but are connected with someone's life.

By the evening, the office work was almost over and I returned home. As soon as I came home, my son hugged me while opening the door. The tiredness disappeared. Then for some time we both played together. He showed me a new set of his toys and also vandalized some which is the habit of every child. But the happiness in that innocence was the biggest earning of the whole day for me.
By night, he ate food and put his son to sleep while narrating the story. Sometimes it seems that the real meaning of life is in this balance. Where there is responsibility of work, the family is love and there are also moments that give the soul relaxed.
