I'm really looking forward to writing my daily blog in the busy week ahead. If I manage to do it every day I will be sure that there will be no more pressure to get in the way, in fact I expect that you will only see my post published if and when it is a part of the day that I have enjoyed and that has been a stress reliever, an escape and a moment of relaxation for me.
I've already mentioned that I have a very intense week ahead of me and this is due to the fact that there are serious changes coming up at work and I don't know what will become of me after this week. But I welcome with open arms whatever comes and whatever changes it brings to my life, because I've been looking for this pivot for months and it's just a matter of the right moment to make it happen.
Me emociona mucho comenzar a escribir mi blog diario en esta semana tan intensa que me espera. Si logro hacerlo cada día estaré segura de que ya no habrá presión alguna que se interponga, de hecho me anticipo a decir que verán mi post publicado sí y solo si esto significo una parte del día que disfruté y que fue un aliviadero de tensiones, un escape y un momento de relax para mí.
Ya les mencioné que se avecina una semana muy intensa y esto se debe a que vienen serios cambios laborales y no sé qué va a ser de mí luego de esta semana. Pero recibo con los brazos abiertos lo que se avecine y también los cambios que pueda traer en mi vida, porque tengo meses buscando ese pívot y solo es cuestión de que se presente el momento preciso para lograrlo.

Now that I have mentioned the turning point in my life, one of the most important things I have to do this week is to record the podcast Human Of Platzi that Platzi has invited me to do. This recording will take place on Thursday the 17th and I still can't believe that so much effort and dedication without stopping to learn has brought me this far.
This invitation comes from a process that I think started about two months ago when Platzi launched the update of their app and all of us users were left in limbo, wow, that must have been a very hard moment for them, so much effort to launch the new app and the students did not like it.
Well, the truth is that thanks to an unexpected comment I made on Twitter (it was still called that when this happened), and I say unexpected because I always post about the courses I am finishing, passing the assessments and receiving the certificates, but this time I wrote that the new app had left me lost.
By the way, this week I am going to test the new beta version of the app that we were recently asked to test to see if the mobile application will definitely be renewed.
Well, from that moment on, someone from the team contacted me to ask me for an interview, which we managed to do after a few weeks, and from that moment on, I gave Platzi permission to use my image and testimonials to spread my experience as a student, non-exclusive use of my image.
After these agreements, about a month passed and I had no news until I received an invitation to participate in the podcast "Humans of Platzi".

Freddy Vega himself, CEO of Platzi, was interviewed in it, as well as many teachers I admire and of course students with admirable stories, so this makes me quite nervous I must say, but with many illusions to enjoy this moment and see what comes out of me.
Maybe tomorrow I will write a little bit of my whole story with Platzi, maybe to consolidate better what I want to transmit in the programme.
La emoción de prepararme para un podcast con Platzi.
Ahora que mencioné sobre el pívot en mi vida, una de las cosas más importantes que tengo para esta semana es la grabación del podcast Human Of Platzi al que fui invitada por Platzi. Esta grabación será el jueves 17 y todavía no puedo creer que tanto esfuerzo y dedicación sin parar de aprender me ha traído hasta acá.
Esta invitación viene de un proceso que siento que inició hace unos dos meses cuando Platzi lanzó la actualización de su App y todos los usuarios quedamos en el limbo, wao!, esto debió haber sido un momento muy duro para ellos, tanto esfuerzo en lanzar la nueva app y que nonos haya gustado a los estudiantes.
Bueno, lo cierto es que gracias a un comentario inesperado que les hice en Twitter (aún se llamaba así cuando esto ocurrió), y digo que inesperado porque siempre suelo publicar, pero sobre los cursos de los que voy terminando, aprobando las evaluaciones y recibiendo los certificados, pero esta vez, escribí manifestando que la nueva app me había dejado perdida.
Por cierto, esta semana voy a estar probando el nuevo beta de la app que recién nos pidieron que probáramos para ver si definitivamente se renueva la aplicación móvil.
Bueno, desde ese momento me contacto alguien del Team para pedirme una entrevista, cosa que luego de varias semanas logramos y desde el momento autoricé a Platzi a emplear mi imagen y testimonios en pro de divulgar mi experiencia como estudiante, uso de mi imagen no exclusiva.
Luego de estos acuerdos paso un poco alrededor de un mes y no había tenido noticias, hasta que recibí la invitación para participar en el podcast "Humans Of Platzi".

El mismo Freddy Vega CEO de Platzi ha sido entrevistado en el mismo, así como muchos profesores y profesoras que admiro bastante y por supuesto estudiantes con historias admirables, así que esto me tiene bastante nerviosa debo decirlo, pero con muchas ilusiones de disfrutar ese momento y ver que se desprende de mí.
Quizá mañana esté escribiendo un poco de toda mi historia con Platzi, tal vez buscando afianzar mejor lo que quiero transmitir en el programa.

I would like to say that maybe I will spend this week until Thursday preparing for this participation, but the reality is that I am not, I know that I will get to that day, I will try to get there anyway, but everything I know that I have to do for all the things in my life makes me put my feet on the ground.
I have to do research for a book I am helping to write, I have to organise a lot of work and my main priority at the moment is to spend time with the children because they are on holiday and I want to take advantage of being with them and give them different moments.
I have not been able to integrate myself with a responsibility in a project that I love, that is with the team of Hive Caracas, they know that they count on me and I am one of them, but wao, it has been very difficult to be present neither in person nor virtually, but my heart is there and one day I will give them the best that I have.
I also have to dedicate a little time to the project I am working on with FUNINTEC, this weekend was the presentation of a great project at the Ideafest in Cardano as part of the Catalyst project and I am learning so much.
I want so many things and last weekend in the most intense coaching session I have ever had in my life as a Couchi the conclusion of the work was that I have to learn to say no to myself, to MYSELF, you understand, it is hard for me because I have too much energy to spend and too much scattered attention.
Let's see what will be achieved, let's see what the progress will be, let's wait and see what the "no's" will be that have to come up.
We will see on a daily basis, because if there is one thing that is going to be a 'yes', it is that I will be here every day this week.

Me gustaría decir tal vez que voy a pasar esta semana hasta el jueves preparándome para esta participación, pero la realidad es que no, sé que llegaré a ese día tratando de llegar de cualquier forma, pero todo lo que sé que tengo que hacer para todas las cosas de mi vida me hacen poner los pies en la tierra.
Tengo que hacer una investigación para un libro en el que estoy participando en su creación, tengo que organizar muchas cosas de trabajo, y mi prioridad principal de este momento es compartir tiempo con los niños porque están de vacaciones y quiero aprovechar de estar con ellos y darles momentos diferentes.
No he logrado integrarme con una responsabilidad con un proyecto que amo que es con el equipo de Hive Caracas, ello saben que cuentan conmigo y soy una de ellos, pero ¡wao!, ha sido muy difícil estar presente ni en persona ni en virtual, pero mi corazón está allí y en algún momento les entregaré lo mejor que tengo.
También debo dedicarle un poquito al proyecto en el que estoy colaborando con FUNINTEC, este fin de semana fue la presentación de un estupendo proyecto en el Ideafest de Cardano en el marco del proyecto Catalyst y estoy aprendiendo muchas cosas.
Quiero tantas cosas y el fin de semana pasado en la sesión de coaching más intensa que he tenido en mi vida como couchi la conclusión del trabajo fue que tengo que aprender a decirme que no a mí misma, ¡A MÍ MISMA!, lo entienden, es duro para mí porque tengo demasiada energía que emplear y una atención demasiado dispersa.
Vamos a ver que es lo que se logra, veamos cuál será el avance, esperemos a observar cuáles serán esos "no" que deben surgir.
Lo veremos en el día a día, porque si hay algo que "sí" va a ocurrir es que estaré por aquí cada día de esta semana.
