Hello, hello internet people, how are you? A while ago I was telling you that I decided to lead a healthier lifestyle. I'm almost 30 years old 😱 So the time has come to take better care of myself. Therefore, I decided to hire a trainer at the gym, who designed routines for me that have helped me gain stamina, energy, and vitality, in addition to shaping my body, obviously. Over time, I have noticed changes. I feel more energetic and motivated than before. Exercise keeps you alert, and following a routine allows you to establish discipline in your life and everything you do. However, it's not just about exercise, it's about nutrition. Hola Hola gente de internet ¿Cómo están? Hace tiempo yo estuve comentándole a ustedes que decidí llevar un tren de vida más saludable, es que ya estoy a muy poco de cumplir los 30 años 😱 así que ya llegó el momento de cuidar un poco más de mí misma, por lo tanto decidí contratar a un entrenador en el gimnasio, el cuál diseñó rutinas para mi que me han ayudado a adquirir resistencia, energía y vitalidad, además de moldear mi cuerpo obviamente, y a lo largo del tiempo si que he notado los cambios, pues me siento con más energía y ánimos que antes debeido a que el ejercicio te mantiene alerta y además seguir una rutina te permite establecer disciplina en tu vida y todo lo que haces. Sin embargo no solo se trata del ejercicio sino de la alimentación, adoptar una sana alimentación es parte de ese nuevo estilo de vida. But I won't deny that sometimes I get anxious about eating something rich outside of official meals like breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and this is where many people fall into the temptation of eating something with sugar or saturated fats, thus ruining the work they've been doing for months. Of course, you can indulge once in a while, but very occasionally, not all the time. So, what have I been doing to overcome temptation? When I'm at home, I usually eat some fruit or yogurt with granola, but today there are a plethora of healthy lifestyle options on the market: whole grain cereals, puffed rice cakes, quinoa seeds, granola, and even alternatives to wheat flour like coconut flour, which can be used to make gluten-free desserts, which is also very beneficial for avoiding problems with colon inflammation.
Pero no les voy a negar que algunas veces me entra ansiedad por comer algo rico fuera de comidas oficiales como el desayuno, almuerzo o la cena, y es aquí donde muchas personas caen en la tentación de comer algo con azúcar o grasas saturadas y de esta manera estropean el trabajo que han venido haciendo por meses, eso sí, obviamente que puedes darte un gusto de vez en cuando pero muy de vez en cuando, no todo el tiempo. ¿Qué es lo que he estado haciendo entonces para vencer la tentación? Cuando estoy en casa usualmente como algo de frutas o yogourt con granola, pero hoy en día en el mercado hay una gran cantidad de opciones en materia de estilos de vida saludables: Cereales integrales, tortitas de arroz inflado, semillas de quinoa, granola e incluso alternativas para la harina de trigo como el harina de coco que sirve para elaborar postres sin gluten, lo cuál es muy beneficioso además para evitar problemas con inflamación de colón.
But there are also several snacks that are a good alternative for when you're away from home and can't make something more complex. My favorites were the gluten-free cookies and energy bars, especially the latter because they provide exactly the calorie level you need, relieve anxiety, and are absolutely delicious.
Pero también hay varios snacks que son una buena alternativa para cuando estás fuera de casa y no puedes elaborar algo más complejo. Los que más me gustaron fueron las galletas sin gluten y la barras energéticas, sobre todo estas últimas porque te aportan exactamente el nivel calórico que necesitas, te quitan la ansiedad y son absolutamente deliciosas.
Usually these products are more expensive than conventional ones, which makes most people lose interest in them, but I was shocked to see how much prices can vary depending on where in the city you are, for example, I live in Valencia/Venezuela, and when I saw these energy bars in the north (where I work) they were 4.5 and even 5 dollars, but I got the exact same ones in a convenience store chain called Redvital, in the south zone and they were only 1 dollar each. Wow! This information blew my mind 😃, so I bought several, it's all a matter of looking for the best prices 😁.
Usualmente estos productos son más caros que los convencionales, lo cuál hace que la mayoría de las personas pierdan el interés en ellos, pero yo me quedé impresionada de ver cuanto pueden variar los precios dependiendo del lugar de la ciudad donde estés, por ejemplo, yo vivo en Valencia/Venezuela, y cuando vi estas barras energéticas en la zona norte (que es donde trabajo) estaban a 4.5 y hasta 5 dólares, pero conseguí exactamente las mismas en una cadena de tiendas de conveniencia llamada Redvital, en la zona sur y estaban a solo 1 dólar cada una ¡Wow! Me voló la cabeza esta información 😃, así que compré varias, todo es cuestión de buscar los mejores precios 😁.
