Well I pretty much sat and didn't do much of anything on Saturday. Even though the day before I had planned to get out to do somethings. I was just tired and just couldn't muster any energy up.
Well for today I will tell you of my Sunday attempt to do that. I got up at 5:00 a.m. and wasted no time to get on the coffee train. After reading some articles here and playing Go Monopoly (my current addiction game) I decided to write an article about the last few days.
Once that was done I made breakfast. I just made a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. Very simple just one mixed up egg I fried, toasted the bagel in toaster, three pieces of bacon in the air fryer, and a slice of Colby Jack cheese. I buttered the bagels and added everything together, super tasty 😋
After eating I set up some bills to pay. I watched T.V. afterwards for a bit. Then I seen the NFL match ups for the day. Fornately my team wasn't playing, Miami Dolphins. I got up from the couch cleaned all the dishes I dirtied up. It was about an hour before the games were set to kick off so I jumped in the shower to get out of the house before the games started. I guess my mind was telling me get going before it's too late and you sit back down and watch a game 😂
Well I got out of the house and decided to do some delivery driving. I logged my mileage down and realized it's been quite some time since I've done this. Almost two weeks have passed!! The first hour of driving went ok, I made $22 something on 3 deliveries. Than I had an issue with my phone. It kept knocking me out of an Internet connection.
I became a little frustrated because this is like the 4th time this has happened to me. I did the system reset for Wi-Fi, mobile, and blue tooth and restarted my phone. I learned this fix from being on the phone in the past with my provider. Still had the same problem so rather than go home and call my provider and use another device to call them I stopped at one of thier stores.
I checked in and only was #2 in the que. I told them briefly what my problem was and they said it was probably the sim card. I waited for maybe 5 minutes which I'll take any time. If I would have called it would have been much longer besides I was a good twenty minutes from my house.
I get my name called and The clerk took my old sim card out and showed it to me. He than showed me the damage on it. He put the new one in and it resolved the issue. Is that it? Well I knew a sales pitch for something else was coming. He tried to sell me on their new home Wi-fi service. Probably another 10 minutes passed as I gave him a firm no several times. Hey it's a business I understand the game and it didn't bother too much as the sim card replacement was free. I also found out I can save more if I send in papers that shows I served in the military.
Back to driving, I spent about 3 more hours driving and made somewhere in the $80 range for the day. Before I started driving for the day I had to fill up with gas which was a little over $30. I would have driven a little longer but I didn't eat lunch and decided to go get some Mexican food to go.
I decided to get the taco and enchilada combo. It came with Spanish rice and refried beans. I bought a small sack of tortilla chips that came with some hot sauce. Not a bad lunch/dinner.
I was going to make a peach milkshake to wash it all down with but my son wanted me to make brownies. I didn't make them using a recipe I just used some premade brownie batter out of a box.
I did add to 2 eggs, little bit of water and about 2/3 cup of vegetable oil (I followed the directions written on box, haha). I placed in small glass dish that was 8 inches by 8 inches, I wanted them to be thicker.
They went in the oven at 325 degrees fahrenheit and it took them about 45 minutes to be done. I brushed some butter over the top and totally forgot to sprinkle some powered sugar over the top, whoopsie.
Easy fix for forgetting the powered sugar. I just scooped some vanilla bean ice cream over the top of the brownies. I also drizzled some carmel sauce over the ice cream. It was a knock out punch to my belly but it sure was delicious though.
Afterwards I watched a little bit of football for about 3O minutes. Once the game I was watching was over I made my lunch for work the next day and did some other chores around the house. Once that was done I hopped in bed and was asleep rather quickly.
I think I did just enough today to break my lazy mood of yesterday. Thanks for reading me today, I really appreciate it. Take care, be safe and enjoy the rest of your week.
