What has to be there for one to consider one of your l to be different?
The answer would be that there is no manual to establish parameters to measure these issues. And it is certain that in the same social group and in the same place not everything is considered to be so.
Today I had the chance to live what I can define as a "different day" and I felt that it was so because of a few issues that are not measuring parameters, far from it, but that allow me to evaluate that difference.
Since a short time ago and without proposing it, I am part of an international project (UNARSO) which is still very young, but it is made up of very simple and solidary people. Creators in various spheres of art and others with noble and humane ideas, in favor of supporting just causes (according to their affiliations and ways of recognizing what is just), in short, people with affinities and common interest
It has also been a long time since I consciously broke my routines and my limits. And this meeting with some of the members of the project offered me a good opportunity to make a difference in my day.
The multinational meeting was at the home of two dear hivers friends, who maintain (something rare in these times) a stable and harmonious marital relationship.
@yanerkisdias and @juliom. They were two excellent hosts, supported by a cohesive team of aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives who ensured the logistics of the meeting.
After the reception _ in the doorway of the modest house, located in a hamlet downhill, almost reaching the hillside, at the foot of the Sierra and with the open field behind the patio shaded by the foliage of multiple shades of green, sienna and ocher, of the various fruit trees, such as coconut, guava, mango etc.. and the small speeches of welcome and gratitude that were coming out of the situation, began the unfolding around the enclosure and the open and open interaction of the assistants to that solidarity pikni.
But for me it was also a surprising reunion with traditions and especially with my childhood and adolescence.
As soon as I arrived at the backyard, I was struck by the scene, almost lost in time, of a piglet roasted in a "pit".
I felt my entire elementary school life paraded before my eyes. I, freckled and barefoot, watching my father - an expert in the art of roasting pigs two or three times a year, in the backyard of the house - and especially every December 24th, on Christmas Eve. _
That day the exquisite roasted piglet was put open with the golden and crispy back up, on a "Yagua" and we could all pass, pinch and take the portion we wanted and the part we preferred without fear of being scolded by the adults, because that was what the pig had been raised for.
But not only the family members could do that! But also those who arrived uninvited to the festive ritual of roast meat in the oven.
The roast pork is a method of consuming pork meat in Cuba, but each region of the country has its own methods, besides the "hoyo" or "hueco", the "puya" roast is very famous in the eastern region. And the most generalized is the "asado en cazuela", but this last one is for small portions of meat.
It also changed my day the possibility of listening live and stimulated by the Creole atmosphere of the meeting, to two beautiful voices of the peasant music of the province; one, the main figure of the genre in the radio environment, and the other, an emerging voice that is already legitimized in guateques and television programs.
As a musical and culinary combination, they gave us the anthological theme of the sucusuco pinero genre "el rabito del lechon", which describes with Creole and jocularity the process and context of this peasant method that already for many circumstances has a tendency to disappear from the practice, to become pure folklore.
A very enjoyable day in the company of all those people (not many) of Rum, Domino and jokes. Also of exchanges of experiences and cultural ways in which the routine of my other days struggled for space: their traditional space, but to their frustration, my day was different and grateful.
It may seem that any day can make a difference. But without contradicting too much, I believe that such a day should be dressed up as something special. A fia like the one I just told you about.

Que tiene que haber para que uno considere que uno de sus días sea diferente?
La respuesta sería que no existe un manual para establecer parámetros medidores de esas cuestiones. Y de seguro que en un mismo grupo social y en un mismo lugar no todo consideren que sea asi.
Hoy he tenido la posibilidad de vivir lo que puedo definir como un día diferente" y sentí que fue así por unas cuantas cuestiones que no son parametros medidores ni mucho menos, pero que me permiten evaluar esa diferencia.
Desde hace poco tiempo y sin proponermelo, formo parte de un proyecto internacional ( UNARSO)que es todavía muy joven, pero que esta fomado por gente muy sencilla y solidaria. Creadores en varias esferas del arte y otros con ideas nobles y humanas, en pro de apoyar las causas justas ( segun su afiliaciones y modos de reconocer lo justo), en fin , personas con afinidades e intereses comunes.
Hace tambien mucho tiempo no quebraba conscientemente mis rutinas y mis limites. Y este encuentro con parte de los integrantes del proyecto me ofrecio una buena oportunidad de volver a marcar una diferencia en mi día.
La cita multinacional fue en casa de dos entrañables amigos hivers, que mantienen ( cosa rara en estos tiempos) una relacion matrimonial estable y armoniosa.
@yanerkisdias y @juliom. Fueron dos anfitriones de exelencia, apoyados por un equipo bien cohesionado de tios, primos y parientes que garantizaron la logística del encuentro.
Despues del recibimiento en el portal de la modesta casa, ubicada en un caserio pendiente abajo, casi llegando al lomerio, al pie de la Sierra y con el campo abierto despues del patio sombreado por el follage de multiples tonos de verdes ,Sienas y ocres, de los diferentes arboles frutsles, como Coco, Guayaba , mango etc. y los pequeños discursos de bienvenidas y agradecimientos que se desgajaban de la situación, comenso el despliegus por los alrededores del recinto y la interectuacion abierta y expontdnea de los asistentes a aquel pikni solidario.
Pero para mi ademas, fue un sorpresivo reencuentro con las tradiciones y especialmente con mi infancia y adolescencia.
Nada más llegar al patio trasero,bme golpeo la retina( para bien) la escena casi perdida en el tiempo, de un lechón asado en "hoyo".
Senti como toda mi vida primaria desfilaba ante mis ojos . Yo, pecoso y descalzo, mirando a mi papa_ todo un experto en el arte de asar puercos dos o tres veces al año, en el patio trasero de la casa_ y en especial todos los 24 de diciembre, en la noche buena._
Ese día el exquisito lechon asado se ponia abierto con el lomo dorado y crujiente para arriba, sobre una "Yagua" y todos podíamos pasar, pellizcar y tomar la porción que quisiéramos y de la parte que preferíamos sin temor al regaño de los afultos, pues para eso habia sido criado el puerco.
Pero no solo podíamos hacer eso los de la familia! Si no tambien el que llegase sin ser invitado al ritual festivo de la carne asada en horno.
El puerco asado es un metodo de consumir la carn de puerco en Cuba, pero cada region del país tiene sus propios métodos, Ademas de este de el hoyo o " hueco" es muy famoso el asado en "puya "por allá, en la region oriental. Y el más generalizado es asado en cazuela, pero este ultimo para pequeñas porciones de carne.
También me cambio el dia .ls posibilidad de escuchar en vivo y estimuladas por el ambiente criollo de la cita, a dos bellísima voces de la musica campesina de la provincia; una, la de la figura principal del género en el ambiente radial, y la otra , una voz emergente que ya se esta legitimado en guateques y en programas de televisión.
Como combinación musico,_culinaria, nos regalaron el antológico tema de genero sucusuco pinero "el rabito del lechon, que describe con criollismo y jocosidad el proceso y contexto de ese metodo campesino que ya por muchas circunstancias tiene tendencia a desaparecer de la práctica, para convertirse en puro folklor
Un día muy ameno en compañía de todas aquellas personas( no muchas) del Ron, el "Domino" y los chiste. Tambien de intercambios de experiencias y de modos culturales en que la rutina de mis otros días batallaban por tener un espacio: su espacio tradicional.Pero para su mayor frustración, mi día fue diferente y agradecido.
Puede parecer que cualquier día puede marcar la diferencia. Pero sin contradecir mucho, creo que una jornada como la que se pretende, debe vestise de algo especial. Un fia como el que les acabo de narrar.
