We arrived in Puerto Ordaz at about 7 am.
The trip was uneventful and even though I did not sleep at all, I did not feel too tired.
It was great to share with my two girls at the same time in 6 years!
During the bus trip there was only one stop at about 2 am.
We used the restrooms, which we're better than the bus's, but still a far cry from any decent restroom anywhere.
We had already had dinner on the bus (ham and cheese arepas I prepared myself), but I bought a small black coffee just to warm my stomach up and stay away for the rest of the trip.
@imabby17 had a malta, a drink she missed too much and which she can't find in Sao Luis.
@annaky and her mom were waiting for us at the terminal. She was very happy that we will be together for her special academic moment.
We went to their apartment, had breakfast and took a nap. They had not slept much either because they wanted to keep track of the trip and be awake when we got there.
At about 1 pm I had lunch, but they got ready to go to a gym (they would have lunch after). I decided to stay and rest some more, but I was introduced to their cat Hazel, which quickly demanded attention.
I used to have cats and they were very pampered, but after a year away from Cats as roommate, I'm afraid my alergies are back and I will have to avoid Hazel for the remain of my stay .
After they came back from the gym, @imabby17 gave @annaky the matching T-shirt we got made for her and her matching necklace.
We talked and joked until 9, but they were all tired and went to sleep early. Tomorrow will be another day and we have much to do together.
